Lucid Dream with a possible small prophetic twist...

I had a dream this past weekend where I was in a warehouse of somekind with all these people I didn't know and I noticed something was off and went lucid and at that point all the DC's turned aggressive after I said it was a dream and were suddenly armed to the teeth with sub-machine guns, uzi's, etc.

      Sidenote:
The question I posed to myself in my other thread of DC's being created of some other energy was: Perhaps I armed them without knowing for entertainment purposes? but thats in the other topic...

Anyway, since I'm well versed in flying and other techniques it wasn't a scary dream but rather more like Neo fighting a bunch of Agent Smiths or Batman toying with the goons. Also for the record, the DC's didn't have any abilities other than the firepower. I used some Akido moves to disarm one guy and stole his gun and then I flew up on top of one of the crates at the warehouse because about 10 other guys were firing at me at the time.

Heres where the small prophetic part comes in which I will explain later...

When I was ducking on top of the crate I found two box cutters which were yellow and were rounded at the bottom and slowly got slimmer as it reached the blade. Very intriguing shape I thought but it didnt phase me much at the time and decided to use them as weapons. I used one as a throwing knife and pierced one guy in the neck and flew down to grab his body and use it as a body shield while sniping all but one guy. The last guy ran at me and I slit his throat with the last box cutter and threw it into his gut and flew away, and thats when I awoke.

Now that day I decided to get a memory upgrade for my laptop and went to the Mac store and bought the memory and the people there gave me a hard time about me installing it myself in the store (they charge 30$ to do it). I argued with them about how I spent so much money there and all I wanted to do was make sure it works before I leave. Finally, they caved and let me do it and brought me the small screwdriver and the employee opened up the box for me. With what you ask? a box cutter which was yellow and was rounded at the bottom and slowly got slimmer as it reached the blade. EXACTLY the same one...needless to say I was like WHOA...I dont work at a job where I see boxcutters on a daily basis nor can I remember when I last saw one. Coincidence? Maybe. Likely? Maybe not.

I aptly titled the dream: Box Cutter Battle
Basically I had to fight my way on two planes of reality to get to that box cutter

      Thoughts?

I had another weird coincedence of a dream turning into reality last night, this time non-lucid. I dreamt that I was at some stupid figure skating competition which is weird-in-itself because I dont care about ice skating or any sports at all. I saw this japanese woman figure skater attempt to do a very hard spin move and fell and I laughed at all the disappointed japanese fans at the event. I think I laughed because I dont see how people get so wrapped up in sports and personally find it stupid, but anyway...

Then, today one of my english students told me about the Olympic Winter games that are apparently going on now. I didn't even know the olympics were going on right now because I dont watch a single minute of TV. This student told me that yesterday some american female figure skater (but japanese ethnicity) attempted some difficult spin of some kind yesterday and fell and alot people in Japan were disappointed because they expected great things from her.

The similarities freaked me out yet again thats why I posted this...
Here is the link about the event...

I dunno man, its compelling- try and focus on the future without getting too specific, see what your mind comes up with, reminds me of that brianprediction guy (tho he is a complete fake )

I, too, have had many dreams that somehow lead to me seeing them repeat in daily events...YEARS later. It's so confusing. I've been searching for the same kinds of answers.

Tatoo, Yeah, until I have more consistency with these things I wont pay it much heed. Not to mention, it would get pretty scary if you could see the future all the time.

For example, check out my two-minute dejavu story...

PS. glow-in-the-dark, would you care to share you stories?

I liked these post. You have realized something very important. You can see probable futures. I do this when I go into Fzero, which is on the border of the dreamscape. FZero is a cross between your subconscious mind and the "collective unconscious" (jung), In this 3d blackness it is possible to see probable future outcomes. See my post here to get an idea of this location (and my verbage) http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=27514

      Cool stuff,

Don't doubt yourself. I have had many precognitive dreams, the phenomenon is very real. They started when I was teen and have only progressed with time. Many times it may be seemingly mundane events, but sometime the dreams may predict an important personal event. I'll give you a description of my first documented premonition from '98. I can still remember that dream to this day. There was an image of an old woman dying on the street with a small crowd around her. Her head was hurt and there was a puddle of blood around it. There was a suspicious looking man wearing a cheap grey suit. As the ambulances aproached the scene he left looking scared. When I had this dream it stuck out in my mind so much that I wrote it down and even told a friend of mine. Not even a month later I am walking home from school and I see the exact same scene. The old woman on the same street corner bloody on the floor. I even see the suspect man from the dream. I had a feeling he was somehow at fault, but how could I even try to say anything? Who would believe me? After this I went back to read the dream journal and it was indeed exactly the same. There is no doubt in my mind. Since that point I have made an effort to write down all the dreams I can remember and have had many similar experiences. Nowadays, I take my dreams very seriously. Sometimes being able to recognize these premonitions will allow me to make better choices in my life. And yes, it does sometimes get pretty scary, but it just goes with the territory.
