Thread: Prophecy in a dream?

I have had some wired experiences when it comes to dreams and future. I had several dreams in wchich I was told/saw future, but not in a fasion that was 100% sure without a doubt future telling, but rather more subtle - yet still strong enough to make a believer out of me - way. I`m sure racional person could find some racional answers with my subconcious and coincidence, but not me. Ok, let me tell a story or two here, I`ll try to make it as short as I can!

First thing I can remember is dreaming of jumping on/bestriding a golden horse, it felt very symbolic and nobly. I was also given instructions what is left for me to do it for it to happand. After waking up I felt strange like something wired has happend, something powerful. And sure enough, few days later on a course from my work, there was this one blonde girl from my work, and things have worked out between us so to speak.... sure this could be everyday thing for some, but for me it was very big deal at a time. Ok next dream,


This was wired, I was working as a lowest phisical worker in some mafia boss`es mansion, just delivering some wood somewhere in his house. And soon I have noticed this mafia boss`es very charming, full of class beautifull wife. In one moment, our paths has ccrossed. She has told me, that she`s an oracle, and she will tell me my future. Even in a dream such thing is quite interesting for me (or perhaps especially in a dream), and at a time I didn`t knew it was a dream. So there she has given me her prophecy: She said that I will make some really good decisions, and she like those very much. Again, after waking up I had a profound sence that something happend. Sure enough (and here someone could easly said that it was a self - fufiling prophecy) I made some strong and meaningfull decisions that day. It could have been a signal from my sub conciouss - I dont know, but just like the other time I knew right away that something is going on.

And finally two short, similar situations. First, I was waken up by my mother, she gave me telephone saying its from work/employment department (place that takes care of unemployed people) where I used to work (I was unemployed at a time of this dream) and it was an offer of a job from my ex-coworkers. So after the phone, I had a strong sence that something was going on just before phone call, that my conciousness was somehow busy. But how? Well, I was sleeping before, so my conciosness must have been busy dreaming, I thought. So to recall what my dream was about I closed my mind and unfocused, and got it. In my dream, I was standing on a table, picking up a phone from my ex work and being given a job offer from my ex-boss! That freaked me out in a good way, I was like "what the...!"
Now, second situation - I was dreaming I was in our family car, and it was falling down off a cliff. I looked at the passing tree branches, and was waken up by my mum, she was pissed screaming at me - where are the damn car keys!


As I said before, none of those proves anything, and a racional explenation could be found for any of those situations. But I dont want to do this. I prefere to belive in dreams we are in another world, it is all different but not less real, and strange things can happen. I am very interested in your stories of similar things. Have you got any? Some people use words "just" and "dream" in the same sentence and next to each other, but I`m not one of those, dreams are.......................... . and I wont give it a name

I've had a simalar experiance. I had a dream that I was on some kind of ice when suddenly everything started exploding around me. I ran to a weird city and went into a tall building. It looked similar to my old primary school but all my newer freinds were there and one of my freind called luara was crying for some reason. After I woke up later that day I got a phone call from her telling me that her dad was in hospital because he was on the bus in london that was bombed.
