Weird, Awesome, Fun Energy Vibes

Went to sleep at 12 midnight, attempted to do MILD, before even sleeping and waking up again.

1:30 am


Moved a bit, and got stuck in a sleeping paralysis....and it was fun As hell....

Couldn't move my arms, had em up a bit toward the ceiling and could hear like a big earthquake in my ears, and really fast energy waves in my body, going really fast, like short-lengthed waves. And everytime I moved it would get louder in my ears and faster in body... really liked it though, very interesting. Took about a minute or 2 to stop, was laughing and happy after it happend

Was hoping to astral project or go into the lucid dream, but the moonlight and lights from outside went through the window and could see light through my eyes being open a bit and think prolly prevented an AP or LD happening.

Anyhoo...Questions

How could i have Astral Projected or gone into a Lucid Dream?
How could i take advantage of this Paralysis?
Was it the mind split affect?
If so, then I gotta go read Astral Dynamics again!
Any of us gone through the same?

Cant say I have, although it sounds very interesting and a unique experience..so you had no LD's after this?
