The way I see it: you astral project everytime you dream. A lucid dream is being aware while dreaming, and an astral projection is being wide-awake and walking around with the astral body. |
|

a part of your astral body actually goes out and explores reality while you are asleep and sends messages back to the other part which then decodes it and experiences what it decoded |
|
Why?
Most of the time when i dream, I'm actually there! I smell things, taste things, feel things. I'm so aware of my surroundings like the time of day, hair styles, i have phone conversations, and even use telepathy; and it's either real or I'm losing my mind! |

“If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.” (or better yet: three...)

No theory, no ready-made system, no book that has ever been written will save the world. I cleave to no system. I am a true seeker. - Mikhail Bakunin
