Pre cogn dream what does it mean

I am a prolific dreamer I have what I term as precognitive dreams usually I can interpret most of them within my environment but this one has got me stump and left me more than a little afraid. Here the dream can anyone interpret it for me "I am someone else I see through their eyes. In this dream I am my gender female but older than I am. I counsel people around me. Some where in the dream I am on a farm which is sunny then it turns extremely cold. Although I see no animals only people who are now on a lake but it is frozen. The lake is not frozen solid and people keep poking it with a stick to see if they can crack through the ice. I tell get worried and tell them to stop as I can feel the ice beneath my fee begin to move. They listen and we all walk off the lake safely. however later I am being hounded through the farm by some people who are not nice but I manage to get myself and others away from them in time before they catch us. Finally we are at a Bus Stop waiting for a bus to take us somewhere. All the people I rescued are safe they are with me. I cross over the road and the bus pulls up. I start to get everyone on. Except there is a person with a bag a back pack. And a Yellow Viper has a hold of it. I tell the person to leave the bag but they will not and then I am told that the bag has a nest of vipers in it. but the person says they need the bag. The day is not downcast it is bright and sunny. Usually I would relate any of the above to the day I had. But yesterday my day was peaceful nice and tranquil day and I did not watch anything to upset me on the television. So I am confused. Because I feel it means something important. I am being warned but what I do not know. Can anyone explain please.

Postscript This morning I asked for help from this site as I had a dream which disturbed me. I now know why it disturbed me. Knew it was going to be bad. Woke up feeling happy. Child cooked breakfast (a thing that happens once a year), a celebratory day for all mothers. Only question mark was the dream. Why now when I am so happy? Answer: - Husband got me chocolates (I am diabetic) as a present. I smiled still unperturbed. Rang mother to say happy Mother’s Day! Ask her about her day had chit chat. Then we spoke about bills and I laughed I said everything will increase and that local authorities use ethnic minorities (who they think are good for it) as target practice. It’s a system that has been established for over 50 years plus in our town. My mother immediately started with the you are wrong there is nothing like that do not say anything disrespectful against the local authorities. (In other words, the ‘keep your head below the waterline or you will get shot at. Routine’), Then she sarcastically said I should become a Politian’s. My response without thinking was they are a load of “Vipers!” I smiled I suddenly knew why I was feeling this way. It wasn’t the politicians it was my mother and the family. And sure, enough I proved it. Been married over 34 years and my mother has never approved of me. Whatever I did in my life it was never as good as her youngest boy child. He is golden in her eyes and can never do any wrong. I pity him in a way living up to such lofty standards. Anyway. Criticism came thick and fast. I smiled changed the subject. Then I asked my hubby to buy goods from the local shop. He went shopping on his own yesterday and I asked him to bring back a list. He got ONE THING ON THE LIST AND FORGOT THE REST. Despite having mobile phone with list on it. The thing he got I tried to cook but it was tough as old boots. I said today he would need to get something else. He came back once again with one out of three things I said I needed. And the meat. Again, Rump Steak, Sirloin, would have been nice. He got BRAISING STEAK. (Ladies I will lave you to explain to any of the males that are not cooks or chefs the difference0. So, there you are he’s the boy who wouldn’t let go of the backpack full of vipers and my mother is the yellow viper hanging onto the bag. And I am the old lady that is trying to get everyone to safety for a happy peaceful life. Pre-cognitive dreaming at its best.

Hey! Welcome to DV! Your postscript there helped a lot. My thoughts are, the dream is showing signs of repressed emotions coming to the surface. Repressed emotions can only go away after they've been looked at, so dreams are a common way for stuff to bubble up to the surface. You say your mother never approved of you. Perhaps you have repressed feelings of "needing approval".
