Hi, |

Hi, |
|
^^ Could you be a bit more specific on what you mean by "influence," lucidbunnie? |
|
I do "practise" (rehease) difficult waking life situations like complicated negotiations or other encounters I expect to be complicated in dreams. |
|
I'm thinking more along wish fulfillment in waking reality than skill rehearsal or therapeutic effects of lucid dreaming while awake. Of course, those are amazing by themselves. There is a wide belief that everything in existence is made of energy and to certain extent we can influence desired outcomes through expectation, much like in dreams, but a lot more restive. Visualization Meditation works on this principle as well. Visualization to attract desired energies. I had experienced wish fulfillment through Visualization Mediation, but they had not as much impact as I'd like. However, rather than work in a meditative state while awake, I feel the impact would be more profound if we do while we are lucid in a state deeper than wakeful meditative states. I couldn't find much info on this topic. |
|
Well, I've read in a couple articles how some profound researchers use lucid dreaming for problem solving. Any math equations or any solutions to general knowledge problems have been solved in their dreams if they struggle to figure it out in waking life. Another thing is maybe music composed in your dreams, artwork or literature. These are all things that can be brought from the dream world into your waking world and therefore may have some effect in your real life |

Happy dreaming!
Yes, bunnie! u can create a galaxy in this world with thoughts alone, find 50 small changes you can make to your daily routine that will help you focus on your goal and you will see reality become 500x more like what you dream of |

Being sarcastic or out of topic? I was hoping for more intellectual views like "I think so" followed by your views on this OR "I had some success with such experiments" followed by experiences etc. |

You can search my posts on the topic. |

Yes lucid bunny it is possible to overlap the dream with physical reality. The most tangible documented thing I have to date are number Synchronicities over 1500 license plates that show 333, 444 , 7777, 88888 etc. There are intangible things I've accomplished as well like bringing grass and rocks from the dream, resetting certain events of a day, rainbows around moons etc etc. So many intangible things I've witness lol. I personally feel the idea that we control these happenings needs to be relaxed a bit and the focus should be on connecting with the dream planes. just my humble opinion. I should also note that though I've witness 1500 number syncs on plates I did not wish or will them into existence I just connected with the dreamscape and went about my seemingly normal day- namaste |

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation
I am not able to figure out for sure whether certain parts waking reality are caused by dream reality, or whether both are caused by another, yet unknown factor. |

This is a great thought, I'm trying to figure this out, too. This would be a kind of mental rehearsal. I've experienced certain successes with both techniques, e.g. preparing for giving a talk, but haven't managed yet to combine both. This would be so cool, like the holodeckish martial arts training in the Matrix. |
