      Basic unconscious sleep

Basic unconscious sleep. Not the belief that you are 90% unconscious of your dreams most the time. Actual unconsciousness, deep restful sleep. Rejuvenation, total relaxation. Body, mind and breath rhythmically together. Darkness, unconscious, mysterious, unknowable. Peaceful and Sound. Quiet, spacious, silent and still. Pure, innocent and surrender into the black.

This is referring to NREM3 or slow wave sleep. During this time the body does much of it's maintenance, healing, and growing.

It doesn't have to be unconscious, mysterious, and unknowable. Look it up and learn about it! Try to stay conscious through it! It's interesting at least the first couple of times.

I prefer dreaming, though. Much more fun!
