Black holes while Astral projecting.

I have a question for anyone who believes they hold an answer or some type of theory that may happen in the situation that I am about to present.
What if someone astral projects and enters a black hole? What do you think will happen to them and if the black hole does suck them in will they have the ability to return back to their physical body?
I heard all over when learning about the silver cord that it's impossible to break it intill you die in the physical world. However I am sure the silver cord is made up of light matter, black holes suck any light matter that happens to be around. Despite someone being immaterial where they can not be effected by the 3rd Dimension laws does the same apply to a black hole that only takes light in? If it did then what would happen to the person astral projecting, would that mean they would no longer existence period?

I have never seen a silver cord. I have never been "lost" during AP or AT. I think fear mongers are a disgrace to the practice. I have NEVER had a negative experience during AT or AP. Don't buy into worries about a bunch of. What if scenario 's.

Transition into a black hole as far as physics is concerned can amount to two things as far as I know:

1. You will be sucked into a black hole which will inevitably distort time perception and some mathematical jedi mind tricks to be eventually released as something other than what went in. But in any case, nothing is actually sucked in forever. It simply transformed and released back into the universe.

2. If it resists going into the black hole at a vertical angle using light speed what will happen is that you are able to orbit around the black hole as the light that covers the "event horizon" of a black hole. The gravitational pull however is exactly as strong as the maximum speed that light can travel. So wether you are sucked in or cast out is dependant on an outside source at this point and not up to you to decide.

My take on black holes. Different black holes have different properties so it would also depend on which one you happen to encounter.

It is said that the Toltec Shamans have a way of dreaming at the edge of a black hole(LUCID TALKS w/ Mark Cloudfoot (Avendar Dragon) - Toltec Dreamer - Apprentice to a Death Defier - YouTube). So if that's true and this guy is still able to talk to us there is nothing to worry about, right? :smartie:

Anyway, bought one of his books and I am eagerly awaiting my mailbox to see what his books have in store!

Kadie , do not be so quick to judge me. No I actually find the situation to be very interesting not fear related. If someone enters a black hole sure they could probably get suck in but I want to know what will happen not if it's a negative or scary exprience, I don't believe in such nonsense as negative or emotions.. I am wondering if someone could by pass a black hole and see beyond it. But like I said I can not be sure as I haven't done it yet. If you think you have an answer or theory I'd like to know.

I haven't seen a siliver cord and can not confirm if it exist or not. If you have astral projected and do not see a cord then I suppose that confirms that it doesn't exist. That's an interesting way to look at what would happen if someone would get suck in. It would be more interesting to know something that effects the 3rd Dimension can also effect the Astral plane as well. You see if that's the case then science can atleast have a chance to prove OBE is real. Have to find some little evidence that shows it's there as well. Our eyes do not see everything in Reality, but that doesn't mean it's not there, like bacteria we may not see it with our naked eye but science has proven it to exist. I know the same can be done with OBE.

I haven't seen my astral cord either, I think it is only a crutch because of angst some people experience.
Black hole is a physical thing. In astral you are not bound to physical world. You can be caught by your imagination however... It is not dangerous even then. You will experience angst and it will change your concentration. The lower concentration the higher probability you will be forced to return back to your body...

The people here seem to be more worried about if it's dangerous or scary. I don't know why I did not anticipate this because I do see why you would come to that conclusion, prehaps I should have worded my self better in the question about what would happen because honestly I thought this would bring out good ideas or theory as to what could happen not about if it's scary or dangerous. Since most people astral project claim there is no cord attach I'll choose to assume that as well. I brought up this question because I wanted to know if there was something that could effect both the Physical and astral plane. I should have probably type that in there so no one would've miss the point I was trying to make.

Hehe. Ur point was not Obvious. Unless your point was that Black holes evaporate YOU completely and thus provided evidence that you are missing. We might have something to work with. But it woulden't be so substantiated it would just fuel the angst-filled fires with news that someone AP'd himself to death!

I think we first need to establish what we mean by Astral Projection if we want to take this topic seriously.

I have not consciouisly AP'd. One time I flew upwards into galaxies and had a bunch of Astral parasites suck on my brain. There was indeed a silver chord that I was actually riding upwards. Which was connected to another light source far far away from where my physical body and where I went. I was hindered by these parasites. I think you guys can do the same thing if you travel OBE by focusing on "love". Because that is what made this silver chord appear that was connected to where my Third eye is supposed to be.

I'm not sure if this is the silver chord of which we are speaking. I met only one guy in my life who claims to do Astral Projection. He said he did twice in his life and he did see an astral chord. We have not mentioned colours but he was convinced that death would occur had he snapped the chord. The intensity of his words painted his absolute conviction. I maybe should mention that I used DMT to get where I do. I can not consciously go anywhere by myself. And he might have used copious amounts of LSD or something. I felt/saw two more times a Rainbow coloured center that connectes me to higher and lower dimensions through the top of my skull and the bottem of my spine. Luckily I Always fly upwards through my skull and never decided that I wanted to travel out of my ass. But, I may decide on that at a later stage. :D

So that's what I am refering to when I mention Astral projection. It is mostly a galactic sort of experience inhabited by entities or structures inside my body. You guys probably mean something very different and since you can do this naturally there might be more to it than what I am experiencing. I have rarely been anywhere without entities. afaik. Psionik will probably have much different experiences than mine. Please share a general description and I think we might be able to talk more about how to bring this into the 3d dimension.

Wait, you have DMT? Tell me more about where you found it? I am always serious when it comes to Astral projection, it doesn't matter to me if a person dies in Astral projection or not. The part that interest me is if a person is effected by something in the 3rd Dimension while astral projecting. I didn't anticipate people will come to this fear conclusion as I don't base my thoughts around this love and negative belief. I don't believe in such things but that is only my opinion.
I am glad you have exprience with DMT, it's ironic because I have been looking for anyone who has personally exprience DMT. DMT automactically causes an OBE due to it's intensity. Ofcourse it's not a naturally induce one and probably doesn't take you to the same place as Astral projectors but still it is an exprience.
Psionik is most likely a natural astral projector and he claims the cord does not exist when he travels out of his body. I guess it varies to person.

Oh... last 10 or so astral projection was nearly without any being there. Last week I saw my body and that of my wife and children in our beds... But they were sleeping. I even tried to take my wife out of her body, but it was as if I try to move a ton or something. I ended back in my body because of all that effort. Next travels went without glitch... But my astral world is without animals and nearly without people... it seems.
There is interesting thing. I don't know whether it is real effect(it may be autosuggestion), but it seems that when I travel at night, also astral world has night. I can see everything with right concentration, but at the same time it is dark. So maybe I follow relatively closely the time line. Cases that are different are maybe at different points of future or past or parallel timelines(universes) or dimensions.
Oh... and I had some kind of vision on thursday. I was going home by bus and training concentration/meditation. For a short time I was somewhere else, an meadow near some small wood. There was a tall blue man with white hair with aura of wisdom... He tried to help me with something about my exercises... I come back from that vision fast, and I don't remember what he tried to say. I only remember him starting to tell me, that I shouldn't do that exercise that way.

My brother(whose I tutored in astral travelling) told me about being on something like event horizon (like black hole), saw ripples in it... and there was some strange being emerging from it... he even pictured it... He named that picture "Freedom" because that was feeling he felt in his travel.

I doubt the physical plane with affect your astral body, though if something happens to your physical body while in AP, will you probably get pulled back into your body?

I've tried AP a few times, but I just can't :c the feeling of falling in just makes me jump up awake again, I can't go to sleep if I don't loose my conciousness first.

It depends whether physical stimuli breaks your concentration. If not, it will not pull you back to your body. It is even possible to report through speaking what you are doing while out of body. It is difficult to be concentrated during such experiment. Concentration is halved- I must be concentrated on being in astral and on using physical body enough to speak. I was told, I sound very silly, and speak with strange tone and changing speed of speaking... Not too dissimilar like if you are forcing gramophone plate to go slower or faster. I did such thing 3 or 4 times.

You should train more. Once you will reach such state of control that your body will not react on feeling of fall. And AP doesn't need "falling"out of body. You could also float up, down, or side wise, you could reach with your astral hand out and pull yourself out. You could make rocking movements(with astral body) and roll your astral body out.

Wow, nice drawing Psionik. Thank you. I love drawings of Astral projections. Those are two very interesting experiences. I wonder if you want to share more. Interesting that it feels like ur wife has so much weight to carry when going OBE. I feel the same thing. Yet, I have other gifts. I have a friend who is actually physically overweight. He does a lot of physical exercise these days. His diet is mostly crap. I have done vegetarian etc. but still do not go out of body. It feels like there's a blockade in my lowest chakra points. Sometimes when I do shrooms or DMT I get highly sexual images. Some are even diabolic in nature at first glance. I think that represents my Svadhistana. I suspect that these sexual images are so predominant these days because it is where I am at.

This picture reminds me of an experience I have had last thursday. My friend who can go OBE quite regularly has gained contact with his deceased grandmothers on the other side. Well, we often go on a trip together with mushrooms and we did so that day and at some point he said he was receiving contact with his grandmother once again. Well, as I sat there I felt an energy flow from him and into my body. Lo and behold I saw a brownish landscape. It was extremely visual. With a skeleton in it. That is what reminds me of that picture. These skeletons are what represents death in a way. The vibe/energy I felt from this whole image was truly as if I myself turned into an 80 year old woman. It was slightly disconcerning but mostly reassuring because this woman spoke to me with utmost love and protection. Hard not to feel safe in the presence of this beauty. Hard to describe but it was very intense and. well.. Real

Psi, I am interested once again. What was the exercise you where doing at the time that you shoulden't be doing? It is quite awesome that you are so incredibly skilled in this practice. I hope you can share more about it as it is very interesting to hear. Actually, do you have an energy body yourself in these travels?

I think what is happening at an event horizon is described in Robert Monroe's OBE travels as well. I think all these little holes or ripples in Psi's picture are individual consciousness? What Robert Monroe describes is some kind of extremely powerful construction with energy flowing to and forth and souls traveling back and forth from and to the earth. There was one being who spoke to him and it was later evident that there where a Thousand other beings but this being was like the receptionist for this species inhabited in this large construction facility that I think is in the event horizon of a black hole. As for the 3d dimension interacting with the astral plane. I think of Magnetism and these sorts of things might have an effect. A Faraday Cage comes to mind as something interesting and might even prevent certain OBE travels. But to be honest! There have been instances of scientifically proven brain-to-brain communication even though two persons where seperated by a Faraday cage. A common practice to identify "ghosts" is to measure temperature fluctuations in thin air. Perhaps we can generate heat if we want to. I think it is possible. I have at times seen energy and balls of colours energy that I created with my hands. I know one person who usually perceives a ball of energy wherever he places his concentrated focus whenever he is coming down from a DMT trip. Maybe if we have the instruments we can detect this using those.

Well, that drawing is not mine, but my brother's... He painted a few... this one reminds me something similar I saw... the shattered reality... I was in space, like space in between universes. Once. My cracks looked different. It is strange that two or more people could see and experience something similar without knowing possibility of that.

My wife is not that heavy, less than 60kg. But her astral body was anchored inside physical very firmly.
I remember once I tried to have shared dream with her. She was cuddling on my body when I allowed my body to fall into sleep. I concentrated on moving through rings(like tunnel) and hold my wife fast by myself... I hauled her through tunnel like some anchor. It was quite demanding. I brought her out of tunnel into large field. It was night lighted by moon. Maybe 500m from us there was forest and it was possible to see a castle through trees. The fog was gliding near ground from that forest. There was howling of wolf from somewhere in the far. My wife was in fear. I repeatedly(every few moments :) ) told her that she is there with me, and she doesn't have to fear anything with me. That this is only dream. I got with her into forest and found that castle was in fact an museum. I tried to find a way to go inside it but I woke up. She didn't remember anything from my experience. I guess, either she was my fantasy or she forgot.

My experiences are not of sexual nature, trying of something like that disturbs my concentration and tends to stop OBE in short time after try. Normally when I see my body- it is totally naked. And I'm totally undisturbed by that fact. Even if I'm in rare times in places where is more beings. It is asexual if I see some women in the same state of undress there. I had a few strange asexual-sexual interaction where I tried to interact with woman I found there without disturbing physical body into strong reaction. It is not so interesting to try that without other reason than sex. It was more like caressing, even coupling of two bodies, but without losing myself in passion... I don't know how to describe it. There is no build up of sensation... otherwise I would be sent back into body. I don't use DMT or other drugs... so there could be difference.

I did the exercise of relaxation and concentration I do usually(when I had vision with blue man)... but combined with trying to fuse my consciousness with my surrounding. I can't explain that, I can only feel it. It should lead to oneness with people, surrounding... It wasn't like I shouldn't do that, but I did something wrong way... maybe there was a better way. Not sure what and how. Normally I do this in my bed. It leads to better astral projection sometimes. Although somehow I'm unable to find people to communicate with while out of body.

I don't feel myself skilled. I have problems to concentrate enough to leave my body on my will when I want to. I have trips too irregularly... I read of people who can do that... I can't. But I do what I can.What is in your opinion energy body? Normally I don't see my body. I only feel it. Then there are times when I feel need to do something, mainly like to defend someone. It is very rare. It is like I reach into myself and I deepen concentration. And bring something from inside out. I feel it then flowing of electricity like energy. When I look on myself at such times it looks like I have blue violet aura. Last time I did that was some 2 years ago when I defended sleeping friend from some black cloud which was nearing her. No other action was required. It was enough to stop that cloud and after a few tries it retreated and vanished. While I did this I also saw an aura of my friend. Other times, when I need to see in night times, I use this to light my way. At the same time I see inner light from my surroundings(weak)

I don't have interpretation for that. I would need such experience myself... and preferably more then once. To try to immerse myself into... maybe to fly under event horizon, maybe to communicate with that being.

As for Faraday cage- it has not effect. I astraly projected from car, from bus, from train... And those are functioning as Faraday cage. I had no problems to move through steel, glass, wood, plaster, extruded brick, rocks(mountains) or concrete(even steel reinforced).

Sorry ViIe, I didn't mean to be judging you. It seemed like you have heard of this possibility second hand and I didn't want YOU to buy into it. I was not calling you a disgrace. There is a whole cult of "supposed" astral travelers in Eastern Block countries that promote a scarey vision of AP and AT. People read about this horrible practice and then are afraid to try it. Sometimes that fear itself and associated negativity can make someone have a less than optimal AT/AP experience. All I am saying is from MY experience (which is similar to Psionik) there is nothing to fear. You can back and I agree again with Psionik that your level of concentration is key. The worst that can happen during AT in MY opinion is that you fall asleep and completely forget what the EXPERIENCE was.

This is AWESOME! That is similar to what I see. I was telling someone the other day that at times, AP feels or looks like I am traveling in between individual cells of the body. Like I am swimming in the interstitial spaces between cells. Kind of like swimming in galaxies, between all the planets and what not. It's interesting because of the scene of infinite space. It makes me realize in very "colorful" images, how small we are.

I'm from former eastern block :)
But I didn't know that other people have traveled out of body(other than my brother, but he needed to learn it from me) till I found about it on internet... and that was years after regime failed and fell... So I'm not sure about reality of such practices like you are mentioning :)

Concentration, right concentration is cornerstone. It must not be forced. It must be "loving", harmonic. Concentrate and let it be free at the same time. There lies danger of falling asleep... Because it is so passive. It must be as passive as possible, but at the same time your consciousness must be as sharp, as concentrated on existence as possible. Quiet. Still. In peace.

ViIe I'm most likely not natural projector. I'm likely projecting even though I have no talent. You see I train around 33 years. And what I get from hours of exercises per day? A few travels per month... sometimes not even that. This month I traveled 7 times. It is unusually much for me. In past, when I was single, it was possible to reach more than 10 travels per week. Life has caught me :)

I see, I know where you're coming from Kadie. I know there's nothing horrible in astral projection , I find astral projection to be more safe than the physical world. The people who say astral projection has demons and pollute it with all this horrible side effects are the ones who don't understand it. I have had to deal with that before as well.
A few travels per month is something I would consider very good psionik.
Faraday Cage , would you consider a radio one of those things? Would a radio be able to effect astral projection when the person is already out of there body through the signals?

Well Fuck. Burned atleast a 150 calories on writing a coherent response to Psionik. But it got lost into astral space for no apparent reason while i tried putting on some music. weird thing is that the page i was writing in is not gone but everything i wrote was removed or something. Ah well. It doesn't matter now. I'll write it tomorrow when i'm hopefully fresh and witty.

Mum was a Lobsang Rampa fan in the early 70's. He taught how to astral travel by deep physical muscular relaxation. He said that, once mastered, people soon get bored with traveling around in real earth plain.

But

As they explore higher and higher astral plains they will encounter a barrier.

This barrier is too keep disruptive (less evolved) people from entering "the land of the golden light".

The barrier consists of harmless elementals. Their job it to scare the "less experienced" away.

They "race" at the astral traveler, pulling very scary faces. The less experienced, scream, and run away. Many swear-off astral travelling for the rest of there life (hahaha).

Lobsang taught that when you feel attacked like that ... the trick is to relax ... more deeply ... remember this "terror producing emotion" is their job. They are actually harmless pets of the inhabitants of the highest astral realms.

To get into the highest astral planes you must negotiate this barrier.

Let them do their thing. Relax, wait, and patiently ignore them. And suddenly you are through.

Lobsang taught that getting out of the body, during sleep, is not the problem.

Returning, gently, is the problem.

You must have the patience to return from your adventures early. Deliberately return to your dark, heavy, stinky, physical body before the body dictates you must. Look at that heavy, stinky, lump of flesh, on the bed and deliberately, slowly and carefully reenter. If you enter consciously you will open your eyes with all you memories perfectly intact.

The vast majority won't return to their dark, heavy, stinky, earth body till the body demands to wake (to go to the loo or such).

Then the traveller is yanked back, kicking and screaming. They crash land and this crash obliterates their memories. And all that's left are a weird mix-mash of memories (called dreams).

Hello Havago, by the way you said the land of golden light I'll take it that it's a higher dimension than the astral realm. If you have astral projected before and manage to reach a higher dimension could you explain to me how it's done and how would you be positive that it is a higher dimension rather than being in a different location inside the astral plane?

O.k.....this is the problem I have with the silver cord besides never having seen it. AP is projecting your thoughts, consciousness or spirit if you will. Why would one need a tether to keep them attached to a sleeping or meditating body? I could understand it in OOBE where people feel a "second body rise or separate from their sleeping body, but for the purpose of this thread the silver cord being theoretically evaporated by a black hole during AP just does not seem at all likely. That is just my experience. Sometimes the terms AP,AT and oobe get mixed up and interchanged when in my own personal Kadies AP book, they are separate and very different things. jmo

I use all the term as one. I could differentiate a little, but it is unnecessary. Basically I think everything where you leave body could be described as out of body experience. Astral projecting is OBE into astral realm. I let my body lie and go out with my "spirit" or astral body or what :)... Mental dimension would be reachable through mental projecting... I think, more advanced travelers could change dimension by changing mental state...I tried that and I failed at that. I could change a level of astral dimension slowly... but not dimension - the mental state is too different. That difference disturbs me while I'm trying to make change. I let it basically go and I reconciled with that.There are possibilities and things to research on every level or dimension I project accidentally.

I agree that everything where you leave your body is OOBE. However AP/AT is in my experience more from the head. When I AP I dont feel a separation from the body like some people describe. Also, it seems that most people that describe oobe is not at all like AP. Usually they describe lifting an arm or foot to 'get out' of their body. Im sure there are many techniques and differing ways to have an out of body experience, but not all of those are Astral.

I really like your theory of the astral cord and I was thinking the same thing, it's like someone somewhere in time had to give people confidence that they would not float away from this experience, so WAALAA you now have a silver cord!

That means if I every time feel separation(Body really doesn't want to let my spiritual body go, it is like it tries to hold me back) then I'm not really doing astral travel? What do I do then? I thought that around 95% of my OBE I'm walking around in astral dimension which is surrounding physical 4D dimension(physical), therefore I could see physical world, but since I'm one dimension higher it is harder to target time and particular timeline. I don't understand 5D world therefore I can see it like 4D and additional dimension is not sensed. But it makes some strange transitions in space and time possible.

Why it has to be someone in astral? Why not imagination of people? They maybe feel tugging of something back to their body and they imagine a rope.. or something. I feel something like that by separation, but there is nothing visible or invisible. That tugging stops to be sensible after I do separation from body... I nearly never looking back to where my body lies... Only recently I try to heal my body from astral(half a year I have autoimmune illness induced by chlamydia pneumoniae... nasty... ). I'm not successful it seems.

Are non of you familiair with Chakra points? In my experience with Chakra's they are a very important factor. Psionik, do you have an opinion?

I don't conclude that Astral Projection is perfectly safe though. I have personally interacted with not so nice astral entities and experienced physical illness as a result. One entity claimed that he could kill me if he wanted to. Not sure if methaphorical, lied, or that he could actually kill me. But he did have power much larger than mine. Luckily it has become a friend.

Mostly I think that if any dangers they are in a psychological sense. I find it remarkable that I can have wild experiences or see some really strange things and just as easily forget about it the next day and go to school. It says something to me about an inherent safety. It is like a dream. Nobody assumes that you can die from dreaming. But to be honest, it is not proven and loads of people die in their sleep. Now.. It would be hilarious if people where afraid to fall asleep now. '

I woulden't even let that thought stop me. The only thing I am afraid of is posession. I think it is a real astral thing. Robert Monroe's work claims that he had dozens of cases of posession during his research. Where some of them could suddenly speak languages the 'posessed body' wasn't even capable of understanding. Which would be excellent prove that something is going on but it does scare me a little bit since I live on the 10th floor I prefer not to channel entities. I have once been asked by an entity to let me channel him but I politely refused at the time because he didn't look very nice.

All in all though, I'm not paranoid these days and kind of realized that nothing is inherently evil and in a lot of cases a little bit of understanding and compassion goes a long way. I mean 'love' in an unconditional sense serves as a protection because nothing not even the devil himself can deny being loved and loving you back on some level. But that doesn't mean that just like in real life it is not very wise to start loving a serial killing and letting him sleep over at your house. That would just be plain stupid. Same thing for the astral.

But i like u guys' explanation for how a chord developed. I guess in a methaphorical sense there is some tugging to the human body. I find it unlikely that you can really dream yourself away forever. I think there is some anchor here that we are unable to control.

I heard about chakras, even tried concentration on them... without effect. When I concentrate on gravity, on heat traveling through my body, I imagine it like flow... I didn't found any points by such practices. When I breath in, I feel like something is traveling from legs and hands up to top of my head. It often comes with goose bumps traveling up... and with breathing out I let energy fountain out of my body. I let it surround me, or I let it inside my body, where I want it have. When I do it while out of body, I see that energy. I can use it as weapon... or as simple light. I usually used it as passive weapon.

There is no fear. I have yet to meet someone able to hurt me there. I had only few encounters with unfriendly entities and I was able to overpower them very easily.
I reach inside and bring out torrents of energy... it is not always looking the same(sometimes it is blueviolet bright aura, sometimes are lightenings cracking around me, mainly hands, sometimes it is nearly invisible...), but effect is. Even demons fear me when I bring it out. Maybe I'm too overconfident :)

Strange things happen sometimes... like when I tried to find a guide in past... I concentrated and once he appeared- an old man... he spotted me and started to hysterically laugh. I went to him and he run away. I met three devils. Little ruddy creatures. They insulted me, but I didn't react on that. I went to them to try to conversate. They run away. I was as guide in hell to help my friend and demons run once I concentrated on my inner energy.

Hmmm posession... never experienced even touch of someone on my physical body.

Mental Projection, I have heard of that before but didn't understand fully well intill I read your post. So when mental projecting that's reaches to a different plane from the astral. That's very interesting, I'll try to look more in to it.

Robert monroe studies show that possesion have happen before? Is it in one of his books where he mention this. Not saying possesion is fact but to me it would make sense since OBE to me is like telepathic communication. But I can not be sure, I still find it interesting that possesion is linked with Robert monroe. I would have never guess he talk about such things.

Different plane, yes. It was written it is also in 5 dimension... the type of thought process and feeling is different from astral plane. Surrounding is different. It looks more pristine then higher levels of astral. Everything shines, sparkling. Even air.

I don't know how to do directed projection or walking. Only about 5% of my OBE went into mental dimension... I think.

do you have a link to the different dimensions? I would like to learn a little more about it. I may have experienced such other dimensions but I have never seen or understood how those dimensions differ from one another.
What is the difference between walking projection and mental projection. Can you give an example of how you experience it?

So far, I think I can relate to your AP experience more than anyone else that I have read or talked to.

I use color imagery A LOT. Some may call it chakra's or aura. Also during meditation for AP, I tend to move the energy from my feet up to the crown of my head so that the body becomes numb and the energy is consumed mostly for thought projection or conscious projection. At the time I am ready to project, I feel no BODY. Someone here on DV gave a seminar about Mental Yoga or something similar to that name. Basically visualization skills training. That use of visualization has been a staple for my AP's and AT's for about 30 years.
Can you also give some examples of your experience and how you get there Dthoughts? I am becoming very interested in different techniques to achieve different types of OOBE.

Thats an interesting concept. Possession. Maybe it is more like a co-mingling of others, and our perception in this state is what is off and maybe there is no possession by other beings.

Maybe the less aware and concentrated people are, the more probable will be possession. Power seems to be dependent of concentration and will.
But really, I don't have my own experience with possession.
