First, let me apologize for having not read/searched many threads before posting this, but it seems the fastest way to get the answers I am looking for. |

I do not believe this is the case anymore. I believe this was a dream we both had simultaneously... |

You misunderstood me, you experienced something, that doesn't mean that she didn't. |
I envy you. This kind of experience is something I would long to encounter. |

I have never been to this site before, I found it on google, searching for 'dream forum' and this was the first on the list. |
That's the way it works. Nobody believes until they actually experience something. |
Hmm. That's very interesting. I'm very skeptical myself, so... not sure what to think yet! |
That has been the opposite of my experience, but we probably read different sub-forums, and are talking about a different time-frame, since you joined sooner. Its better now than it was two years ago. Also, I've found an approach with skeptics that I'm happy with. It seems that shared dreaming skeptics not only don't believe in shared dreaming, they actively don't want to experience it. So I just offer to share a dream experience, in a post or in a private message, and so far that always ends the argument. |
Very interesting, this is the second time ive heard of this occurring. |
My first thought was that you're making this up, but then I remembered that I had premonition dreams too, and now I'm starting to believe you. It's really really interesting |
I sometimes have premonition dreams to! Once I had a dream that I was in Giant and the clearence rack had 10 cans of soup and 2 boxes of cereal ( I LIKE CEREAL!!! |

Moloch we have a "Beyond Dreaming" sub-forum. |
1) The dreams you mention as meaning nothing.. Are symbols of your unconscious mind. They all symbolize something from your waking day.. |
This was that cult, and the prisoners said it had always existed and always would exist, hidden in distant wastes and dark places all over the world until the time when the great priest Cthulhu, from his dark house in the mighty city of R'lyeh under the waters, should rise and bring the earth again beneath his sway.

Don't worry whether or not anybody believes you. It was real to you and your friend, and that is all that matters. |
I don't care whether people believe me or not. It is definitely a hard thing to swallow, even for me, and I'm the one it happened to! |
I understand this isn't quite the forum for discussing a topic like this. Could anyone recommend a good place to start for someone that is looking into dreamwalking, etc.? |
If you want to find out more about it would be the lucid crossroads... Noone really knows much about this because it is so rare... But perhaps using there idea you could come into contact with someone else... Although i might also advice emailing him the experience and try to include everything from what you ate earlier that they to what you felt that morning. |

Pushing us into self destruction.
They make me dream.... Make me dream, your dreams.
They make me scream.... Make me scream, and scream.
