Why are you so sure that this invader is a real person in a shared dream? Could it be your subconscious playing a joke on you at your expense? She maybe telling you, "so you are so confident that you've got full control and you have been telling other people about it? well then try to control me WaHahaha!" yes, your subconscious may be throwing you a challenge. Didn't you at some point say that too much control can get boring, or was that EricInLA? Anyway, your mind may be responding to your subconscious need for a challenge, some entertainment. |

The main reason I am sure, is that I hear the laughter as the dream ends, then I wake up, and hear it again. |

i know you say you lose lucidity when she enters.. maybe you can hold tight enough to tell her to leave? i'm sure you've already thought of this but... that might be all it takes to get her to leave. tell her in a strict tone. demand it. i bet she'll stop. also, you said shes well built.. would you say shes very masculine for a female? |

In general I am a very laid back person. |

An idea for an alternative approach: I am a bit worried that your approach calls for you to change your own personality to a more hostile one. What will be the cost to you of this approach and are you sure it is worth the price? As an alternative, have you considered welcoming your invader, showing her patience and respect, finding out why she is there, offering peaceful resistance - I am not suggesting being a doormat and letting her have her way, but more along the lines of Ghandi's resistance to the British. Show her that you are too enlightened to fight her on her terms. Use your sense of humor and patience. If what she wants is a fight, she may be dissatisfied with that and leave. I think she is getting too much to you, you are letting her. I think if you change who you are for the purposes of this fight, it may not be effective: capitalize of your strengths, meet her on your terms. Do only what you believe is right and do not compromise on that. Being laid back is not a weakness, it is a strength - something that fanatics and bullies do not understand. |

I would pick my 6 month old son up, and hold him close to my face. |

Be careful not to convince yourself that this being cannot be stopped by your own mind. If you truly believe that you cannot control the course of the dream because of her presence, you will not be able to do a thing against her. You need to just remind yourself that you are the one in control and she is an entity that exists only inside of your dream. |

There you all go again. |

No, I think it would be perfectly fine for you to try that. However, how do you know it isn't just a family member laughing that got carried into your dream? Does it happen every morning? I am genuinely interested now... visitor message me the results please... Also, are the dreams in your DJ? |

Hopefully you don't work in a research facility either judging by your way to "100% prove this" to yourself. You cannot be 100% sure on anything in science really. The expense of CCTV in each room would also be quite costly, especially seeing as it is very unlikely that you will get any results because this is something that is occurring inside of your own mind. It could even be something as simple as your family members often talking in their sleep and laughing throughout the night which is an external factor influencing your dreams and eventually you wake up from their laughter. It is important to have an open mind, but be careful to not let your brain fall out during the process. What purpose would somebody have for using an incredible ability like shared dreaming just to harass you in your sleep? |

Yes,if the voice were recorded on camera and someone else heard the recording too that would prove that it is not just inside your mind. Conversely, if it were not recorded, that would not prove that this person is just part of your subconscious though because cameras are limited, and a voice could be real and not recordable by camera. It could even be just inside your mind and yet coming from an external entity, such as in a shared dream. I am not sure whether or not I believe in shared dreams myself, because I have not yet been convinced that they are real, but I am open minded to the possibility. I am not going to tell you this is not possible - I do not know whether it is possible or not. |
