Thread: how do you get to the astral?

First of all i am not arguing that the astral planes are real or not, either way i wanna know how to get there.

usualy when you have an OBE, WILD or DILD you are in a reality that is very similar to this one. yes some wierd shit happens and you controll everything with your thoughts, but it is similar to the physical.
But these astral planes or dimensions or whatever seem to be more psychedelic, they might have different or extra dimensions, colors that dont exist, alien beings e.c.t.
i havent done it, this is just from research.

so once you are in a OBE, WILD or DILD how do you get to the astral?
could you just say "astral now"?
