dream journal is key for sure. sounds pretty encouraging to me like you are right on the verge of a WILD. you might need to do a little more studying up on how it works but yes it can definitely be a launch pad to an OBE. you may need to focus your intention more on the OBE and also try using some mantras as you're falling to sleep. if you're feeling vibrations though you are 90% there. |

Dream journal will definitelly help with dream recall and having better dreams. Every action you take when you think about your dreams tells your mind that you like having them and it will help you achieve that. On occasion, I write "thank you for my dreams" in my DJ and I say it after some dreams. Just in case anybody listens, haha. |

I'm sure you know this, but you not mentioning it, so I will - WILD before bed is very hard to get. Best time is after some hours of sleep. |
