Okay first of all before you go : "Why didnt you use wikipedia" or "Why didnt you google it"
The reason for that is that I need an explanation from how can I say some person that can explain it the easy way. So , my question is how would you explain the Astral projection and how does it feel like? Does it have anything to do with Lucid Dreams?
