how do you AP or OBE

im not sure if there is any information on how to OBE or AP, if there is, could you provide a link to were i could find the info. if not, does any one kno how to get an "out of body experience" or "AP", is there a certain induction tecnique, or medetation?

I once unintentionally had an OBE by using SSILD, I think that theres a chance of having an OBE and a chance of having a LD by using this technique. If you wanna try here's the link http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/senses...-ssild-129734/. It was a little scary.
