Hello Qwer,
I will share with you my own technique on OBE. Just lay flat on your bed without moving anything for 15 to 20 but don,t try to fall asleep or it will be a lucid dream. Just lay still thoughtless means don,t follow any thoughts after 15 to 20 min u will feel the wave of heaviness coming on your body this is sleep paralysis. When Sleep paralysis cover your all body from feet to head you can,t feel your body anymore. Now close your physical eyes if they are opened otherwise your physical eyes must be closed from start. Now just sit up on your bed like you physically do after waking or feel your self going upward. Best way is to sit up. Feel yourself as you are sitting up. You are out now look in your room all things look physically accurate not like vivid lucid dream but like reality. Start walking and get out of your home to heavens.
