      Dear Waking Nomad

      Hey Waking Nomad

I was enjoying some of your YouTubes, especially the one where you were nearly arrested for you sidewalk chalk drawings, and I found this:

Fantastic Sidewalk Art (The Chalk Guys)
Fantastic Sidewalk Art (The Chalk Guys) - YouTube

I still can’t get over the synchronicity of you asking us to portalize the World then me finding Dr Who’s tardis in Rundle Mall close to where I live. That guy in the 3D pavement art, (in the post above) looks like Harry Potter.

I have a book called “The Fibromyalgia Relief Handbook by Chet Cunningham.

I got it a year ago hoping it would have advice in it to help me with my Neuropathy in the feet and legs. Chapter One reads:

      “What is Fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia is a serious medical problem that involves some or all of the following symptoms:

Intense chronic muscle pain, fatigue, headaches, sleeping problems, joint pain, numbness and tingling, irritable bowel problems, problems with memory and concentration, sensitivity to cold, bladder complications, depression, and a swelling sensation in the hands.

Doctors don’t know what causes it: therefore it is difficult to figure out how to cure it. (…)

Today, some doctors still don’t, so if you have fibromyalgia, be sure to find a doctor who knows about it and how to treat it. (…)

The problem with FMS is that it will not go away. Quite simply put, there is no cure for fibromyalgia. In many cases the symptoms will interfere with your work, your pleasure, even your sleeping. (…)

Seven to ten million Americans suffer with FMS. Some young children have it and some elderly, but most of the cases are in the 30-50 year range. (…)

One point here to understand. FMS is not the same as arthritis. Arthritis is a problem with the immune system attacking the joints rather than protecting them. The joints themselves are the victims, and not the muscles or tendons around the joints. It may seem like your joints hurt with FMS, but in reality it is the soft muscles and tissues around the joint that are causing the pain.

Page 74 talks about “Changing Sleep Patterns

Many times when there is increased pain it is the result of a change in your sleep pattern. Maybe you are sleeping less, your deep sleep is not deep enough, or you simply are not getting the required right kind of sleep to help your body function correctly.

The reduced sleep pattern can cut down the amount of serotonin in your body, and that alone can cause more pain. (…)

Managing your pain and the flare-ups is a highly personal job. Try different things and find out what works best for you. (…) Have your ammunition ready for a flare-up attack at any time and then counter-attack with a vengeance.

Waking Nomad I can send you this book if you want. Here is the table of contrents:

      1.) What is Fibromyalgia?
      2.) What Causes Fibromyalgia
      3.) Medical Treatment of Fibromyalgia

      Nu Uh, Ur A Square

This square reminds me of a dream I had. Those trees are eerily similar to those in my dream as well. Its actually in my DJ about the world being sucked into a point in the middle of the pool of water. I will definitely be keeping this in mind, the scene was so similar.

I had an idea along these lines as well. I envision a completely white room and simply running logic tests. Have a clear board for writing, maybe a desk or box for summoning, ya know.

      Is this the dream record:

6-25-2012 More Past - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

      Here is the dream:

The sky is blue with wispy white clouds floating here and there.

I am standing on a pathway that bends slightly downward as it follows a green ridge. There are a few other pathways bending through the shrubbery and thick oaks.

Behind me stands a monolithic structure; made of dark stone with streaks of faded white.

It is shaped as a ring with protrusions above the single doorway leading inside.

The walls are at least 50 feet tall, even taller than many of the trees standing about.

Also walking on these paths are a few of my sleeping friends.

We are older however; they and I are all wearing multicolored robes made for professors.

I walk past the monolith to my right and proceed down the path.

Down a hill, perched neatly in a grassy field, lay a large pond.

Its stillness reflects the bright blue sky.

As I watch the pond, I notice something strange at the center.

A hole forms at the center of this pond, subsequently draining the entire body of water.

The terrain, and my body follows suit into this point of consumption.

On the other side, I am existing in nothing.

Suddenly, everything that was reappears, but it comes out of me.

Everything is as it was but my friends are gone...dream ends.

Side Note:*Pretty much all the people I saw at that wedding I havent seen since. They were all friends from bible college and we lead different lives now.
      Wow

I believe we are one Being in billions of different, individual, bodies. So, it pays to check what you dream against any sending being doen by the likes of Waking Nomad.

There is nothing to fear because we are all one-being and as we awaken to that oneness, we find the Matrix (the eternal beloved).

      Me thinks.

Yes debrajane, thats the one. While it was very similar, my dream seemed set in an some kind of ancestral place.

anyways, ive been feeling some heavy duty mental gravitation towards this place for the past couple days. I will endevor to meet you there Nomad. This is the first time Ive actually put effort into shared dreaming so it should be interesting. If you see me, you will know...I like to fly.

I'm at the pdc and a moderator there said I can advertise for pdc folk to participate in my dream game here on Dreamviews.

So I need a host (maybe you Waking Nomad) to open a thread so I can advertise before the pdc closes on October the 6th.

I want a host to put an object in a small ice cream container for me so I can try to dream about it.

I'd like the to do it twice a week for a year. I don't want you to take pictures or anything. Just say something like:

"I just put an object in the ice cream container, havago, and I'll tell you what it is in 3 days. Happy dreams and good luck.

Then I post my dreams in your thread. Then in 3 days you post:

      "It was a shoe lace"

"I have put a new object in the ice cream container and I'll tell you what it is in 4 days. Happy dreams and good luck."

Then I post my dreams again and you post:

      "It was a cotton bud"

And all the viewers have a giggle at my funny Busts.

Then after a few months other Dreamviewers get over there fear of Busting and [u] havago[u/]

I have made a list of over a hundred small, cheap (or free) items for targets.

If someone can step up as a host before October 6th I can advertise and link your thread on the pdc.

They just finished the first psi-dream competition and there were over 42 participants. And some of them might join Dreamviews to participate.

So please give being a host some serious thought and post here if you will host some of the 100 targets.

      Dear viewer

I have an idea for a long-term dream game. I want to participate in a dream remote viewing type game. I want two targets a week.

This is the game I thought up.

Some one could use an icecream container with a lid. They could choose a small item and put it in the ice cream container and put the lid on.

Then post in their thread in Beyond Dreaming, on Dreamviews forum, something like:

"Deb, (that's me), there's an object in the container and I'll tell you what it is on Monday (in 3 days), sweet dreams and good luck".

I would ask Our Dreaming Mind to give me a dream about the item then post my dream on your thread.

You would not have to post any pictures. Instead, just post something like:

"The item was a cotton ball Deb. There's a new item in the container and I'll post what it is on Friday (in 4 days) good luck and sweet dreams.

We could keep this up for a year, publicly, on Dreamviews.

After a year, if no one else (but me) joins in we could switch to pictures in envelopes like they do at the pdc. We would never run out of pictures. You could use old postcards, stamps, calendars or printed-out Google images.

When it comes to getting folk to participate in dream games it is very difficult. But I don't want to give up till I have done my very besy to encourage them.

You and I know that magic happens if only folk will give it a go.

(That was orginally sent to a friend but he's batteling pain and disability so might not be able to do it)

Here is a list of 100 possible ice cream box items.

      01) - stone
      02) - feather
      03) - drinking straw
      04) - make-up sponge

I could put those 100 items in alphabetical order then write a number on 100 sheets of paper. Fold the paper several times so that the number can't be seen then but the 100 sheets into 100 small envelopes and shuffle them thoroughly.

Then on a given day I could choose one of the small envelopes and put it in to an ice cream container.

Then, I could ask Our Dreaming Mind to dream about the item that the number in the envelope, in the ice cream tub represents.

I could record my dreams in an open thread on Dreamviews (inviting viewers to join in). Then in 3 or 4 days open the tub and post the number, revealing the item.

      Huh !!!

I could do that every 4 days till I get a host to host my dream game .... Yay

I have done what I said I'd do in the above posts. So there is one of the 100 items written down on folded paper (and paper-clipped) in the ice cream tub.

I am asking the ... Matrix ... to give me a dream about the item.

      And

I'm asking the ...Matrix... to slip a mention of the item into the dreams of those who post dreams, publicly, into their Dreamviews journal.

In 3 or four days I will open the slip of paper to see if I dreamt about the item. Then I'll check the public dream journals to see if the ...Matrix... slipped the item into anyone elses dream.

      ...
I just posted this on the pdc. It is the last day and I linked my dream journal. I’m copying the post here so any one reading this thread can look-in on my little dream game.

I enjoyed that. I’ll be here next year.

Till then I will cuddle-up in my dream journal on dreamviews and for practice I will do the little self-hosted dream game that came to me in the first week of this pdc. I’m lucky-dipping two Written targets a week, (Monday and Friday, Adelaide time). I’ll ask the matrix, “What’s written on the slip in the ice cream tub?” as I go to sleep. Then record my dreams in this dream journal:

      * * *

Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views - havago - Dream Journals

      * * *

I have already got over 100 targets written on folded slips of paper, held closes with paper-clips, in a box, ready to be shook-up and lucky-dipped. So I can do it twice a year till next pdc. If you want to play (privately) occasionally, you can copy the link and visit to see if you dream one of my targets.

Thanks to all who worked at setting up this pdc.

      Hey Nomad,

Glad to see you back. This looks interesting. I'm not drawing any portals, but I'll see what dreams come of it none the less.
      Take care.
