Thread: What if you were born on a different day?

What if you were born on a different day than you really were? Or concieved on a totally different day. Would you be the same person? Would you be you?

Who knows. Its a question to uselessly ponder upon because nobody is ever going to know. =P I guess it depends if you believe in astrology/influence of planets etc etc. Do you?

kind of reminds me of chaos theory. How much one little thing could make a difference. Born on a different day, had a birthday party that conflicted with another kid so nobody came to your parties and you grew up without friends and low self esteem.

Thats the idea behind it, though not a totally great example. It's possible that each choice in your life is so incredibly decisive as to who you will be in the future that the day you were born could make an incredible difference.

I'm not sure. What an interesting inquiry! Perhaps........

This was actually a very important idea in the Mayan culture:
