it was when i woke up tho, i was like half conscious half unconscious and then i pissed -.- and then i was like WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!

I'm game if you want to try, although it is very hard for me to have a nightmare these days. I am mostly afraid of the dark, anything else just makes me too mad to be scared really lol.

I didn't rember a dream because I went to sleep at 4:00.

Nomad has his work cut out for him, lol.

Well, I am sorry that that happened. It may have been a shared dream! Keep trying. Just put on your plastic mattress cover tonight.

Blindfold yourself before you go to sleep.

Well I had a dream with plenty of horrific elements... but it wasn't a nightmare.

A nightmare is simply perception. I was plagued with lucid nightmares for years. Once I learned dream control, my nightmares became epic adventures of me slaying armies of demons. In other words, once you stop fearing the dream, it ceases to be a nightmare.

I have to agree with that. I haven't had a nightmare in so long because if I have even a non-lucid dream with fearful elements I seem to sub-consciously view it like I'm playing a part in a horror movie and go with the ride. The last nightmarish experience I had was during sleep paralysis, but now that I understand it, if I ever end up in SP I'll just take it as an opportunity to WILD.

I'll post my dream later when I update my dream journal.

Yeah, you can bring it on. Just make sure you're not wielding any weapon that can be easily grabbed from you or bring your face close to my fist. Also, don't hit me repeatedly without it doing any damage. That makes me angry.

I had really crappy sleep last night so that meant broken sleep and dreams for most of the night. However this morning I was able to steal a few hours of sleep and had a few lucids, although they had nothing to do with the dark there is a small fragment I remember. I wrote it in my DJ, but I will post that part here too.

"It is worth mentioning while trying to fall back asleep somewhere between or after the last three dreams I had a short lucid fragment where I opened a door in the house to an almost dark room with three people in there. I got all excited, but told them I did not need them right now and shut the door."

I am game to keep trying when you feel like it though. I think it is awesome you are trying this

so theres not videos I can watch? D: and I have incubated a dream before, its been successful. Never have i incubated a nightmare though

It was probaly just placebo, but I never have nightmares.
