The shape reminds me of the big UFO that went over Phoenix a few years ago.

Or a boomerang?

Other than the color, it looks a lot like a stealth bomber to me.

It looks like the corner of something being obscured by a glowy whitness to me.

What does it look like, and more importantly, mean to you, nina?

There is also a breast shape in the negative space.

When I look at it, I see more of a Sideways Pyramid.... dont know why, but thats what i see when i look at it...

Looks like one of the "arrows" in a chevron. If that's the case, it's a symbol of power, like the gas station's logo which isn't supposed to be viewed as two arrows, but a 3-dimensional block sitting on top of another. Where did you find this symbol?

To me it looks like the symbol for 'Play' on a DVD or VCR that is partially obscured by glare from a bright light like the sun. It would be cool to develop all of the DVD navigation symbols following this pattern for use in menus and such!

Well actually this symbol sort of appeared out of no where on the back of my right thumb. It started out very light and it continues to get darker. It's not a bruise, I don't remember hitting it on anything and it doesnt hurt at all or ever did. It has a bit of a texture to it, as if it was burned onto my skin, though I know I didn't burn it. It first showed up after that lucid dream I had about the Wall of God...so I was sort of wondering if anyone knew of any religious symbols that might look similar.

It keeps getting darker

I wonder what it is, how it got there, or what it means.

Well, I think the first thing it means is "see a doctor".

That's idiotic what good would that do.

Well, not to be scary, but marks that appear on your skin, are scaly, and change in appearance can be signs of skin cancer. Hopefully it's not that at all, but why take the chance? If it's caught early, it can be treated easily.

I've had all kinds of weird skin deformations bubble up, but a positive mindset does amazing things. I've said it before, I don't trust doctors any more than drug dealers.

Well if it was like a mole, or a weird shape or something then I might consider seeing a doctor. But it's an obvious SHAPE, like I was branded or something. I'm just trying to figure out if it means anything.

I've gotten some feedback from someone very knowledgeable about what it might be. But it's too long and involved to explain here.

Thanks Leo...I think it could be like the head of a snake that you were talking about...but you also spoke about a dream where you were obstructed by a mountain I believe. And when I turn my hand it can also resemble a mountain peak possibly?

I am going to post a picture of it, I just can't seem to get a decent photograph of it for some strange reason

Hrm, I'm not going to say what the symbol may mean, but I've heard that you can get many strange marks at night sometimes without realising, such as your thumb being pressed against part of your bedpost or something near your bed. Anything that comes to mind?
