I love to lucid dream. I've done it about 9 times now and it's the most spectacular part of my day. (That is if I do it.) |

I've heard this, but I'm looking more toward the area of being able to AP (Astral Project) without having to enter an LD. |

I think alot of my astral projections spawn from false awakenings in that i lay in a uncomfortable position (my back) then wake up, but its not my body that wakes up its my spirit body. If i determine a certain position is uncomfortable at some point im going to want to wake up and move to a more comfortable position. sometimes my body wakes up sometimes my spirit body wakes up. just a thought and i would say its about a 30% chance that my spirit body awakes. |

I tried to astral projecting for about 4 months and just couldn't do it. I didn't give up but I switched my mind to lucid dreaming. After a few weeks I started having some lucid dreams. I wanted to learn how to WILD (wake induced lucid dream) I did my first wild within a week. Occasionally when I WILD I will not succesfully wild instead I will get massive vibrations and astral project. The astral projections just came to me with lucid dreaming. I see it like this... If you are trying to wild you are also doing the same type of technique needed to project. So wich way you go (lucid or projection) just depends on the night. So I would say to focus on learning to wild and projection will randomly happen one night |
