Need help with AP/OBE! ASAP

Basically, I'm really stuck on the vibrations/exit phases. I start off meditating (these days using binaural beats more), just focusing on my breath as much as I can until I get to a very deep relaxed state and then start to feel the waves of SP coming over me. It's this stage where I really don't know how to get any further, because all that happens is my body goes deeper and deeper into SP until sometimes I feel as if limbs are gone (mainly my arms, they tend to 'zone out' more), and my mind goes calmer and calmer, but I find this goes on for a really long time and it's as if I've reached a dead end.
Can somebody tell me what I need to do next? And if there's anything I'm messing up/could do better?

What some people say that works as an exit strategy is that when you start feeling limb, ur body is asleep so you are now free to let your mind AP/OBE and roll out or something.
It never worked for me and still never had anything close to OBE until an hour ago :D

When i think of meditation i think of me just sitting or lying down and let all thoughts go, see where we go from there. I tried some of those binaural beats but they never did anything to me.
Recently tho i picked up all of pink floyd's albums somewhere on the internet and just put a random album on.. I sat and listened, i smoked about 0,3g of weed.
I listened to the sounds and i focused on just enjoying it all and i observed there where 2 entities inside my head.. my thinking mind, and my awareness of my mind.
I had some nice imagery in my head at first but when i kept on doing this i suddenly saw objects of my room and me kind of hovering from above watching a really vague image of me and my room. I guess i got a little bit too excited because i dont know what happened from there.
I drifted off into distractions later on and got tired, my arm zoned out like u said and i had some trouble getting out of my chair as i was halfly paralyzed.

It's been a rough day and i haven't slept much, this might have influenced this in some way.

Just keep on doing what your doing, it sounds like your getting close. What i do, is meditate until my arms have gone numb and i cant feel them anymore. I rest them on my chest, i think this helps make them go numb sooner because of the blood flow.. anyways, when i think that im deep enough, I start visualizing my arms in front of me. Either climbing up a rope or down a ladder. Try and actually pretend you are doing this in your head, visualizing how it would feel to climb etc. hopefully your body will enter paralysis and the thoughts of moving your arms will eventually give you control of your astral body. Either you will start to see your arms out in front of you, or you will actually be able to feel the rope or whatever you are visualizing. it can be anything really.

Iv had 3 OBE now and they are incredible

Hmm i wouldnt even bother trying to go into OBE

Just focus on the lucid dreaming get your self into that first a good learning curve before you go into something id say next stage up :D

meditate before you fall asleep then let sleep paralasys come on naturally i quite frequently get SP.

just relax dont move and protect yourself and think positive because OBE can be abit demorilizing sometimes :/

nothing can hurt you let your body naturally detach never try forcing an OBE because you will most likely ruin it!!

and go with the flow :D

wait for the vibrations to go not while your still feeling them else you really will mess up the process like i said go with the flow and relax :D

Yeah I've tried the rope method before but didn't get anywhere, but maybe that's just because I was lacking a bit of knowledge before. I've done a lot more research into exit methods now I'd consider myself armed to get somewhere now :)

Ive tried a couple OBE techs. but ive never been able to do it, only lucid dream, and even that comes everyonce and a while through WILD's or DILD, Ive entered SP, and experienced alot of HI but I still cant OBE or Asteral Project

just will it to happen :) and go with the flow
just remember in sp to not move and just relaxed and stay awake then after the vibrations your basically gonna detach from you body and fly off xD

I dont move in SP, Im really patient when it comes to it, and Im always calm, I dont get excited, I let things happen passively, I hold onto consciousness, but the thing is I can only seem to enter my lucid dreams that way, SP isnt the problem for me its getting to the next step that concerns me

i find it very it very easy to enter dreams through sp

You must be doing something wrong.

Are you Focusing pressure onto your third eye? because if you do that you tend to go straight into an LD

Thanks Ive been having alot more luck with dreams nowadays, I guess Ive just been more patient, still I can't understand the difference between entering a LD, or an OBE. what do you have to do differently?
