Can you tell me what this is?

Hello,
In a dream I had last night one of my DC refereed to THE LOST ONE. Can anyone tell me who or what this is? And why someone would be called 'the lost one'?

the lost one is person incapable connecting with the world, often refered to being exiled or in the game diablo 2, when you got kicked or banned from a chat channel you were sent to the void. its pergatory pretty much. i believe the lost one is someone in pergatory.

on a side note, possibly someone thats lost their soul. that cord or string that keeps your body attached to the soul. i think someone traveled so far it snapped, or so far it made them lost. to the extents of the universe is where this person traveled, searching for something. through a worm hole beyond time and our dimensions.

were you lucid? if not then it could be your subconscious trying to remind you that you are dreaming yet not realising it, only telling you in a very odd manner. dont worry though you get far more bizarre lucid cues from dc's :D were all lost so i wouldnt worry about it ;)

The dc symbolic of someone in your life right now.

Ask the DC who was talking about him! Make it your goal to find the answer using a mnemonic device in waking life and you will dream about it again. Or just find the DC in a lucid and ask him directly. That seems to me to be the best way to find the answer.
As for who the DC is talking about, my first impression was that it would be you, but thats something you should find.

The person who was revered to as the lost one was me (I just didn't want to give out that info lol). And I was simi-lucid, but because of the nature of this dream I believe it was not on the dream plain. But being called the lost one by more then one person kind of upset me. :)

allow me to further speculate. It seems to me that this dream is an inner commentary with the DC being a representative of your subconscious/shadow self. You should ask yourself what the term 'lost one' means to you! This is where the meaning is coming from after all, you!
Meditate on this. Wonder without expectation what this looks like, what it feels like, and that is your first step.
