Past Life Regressions?

Anyone else have these?

I personally feel as though I have them all the times. I'll hear a song (most likely a certain beat or rhythm), see something, or even read or say a word and I'll automatically remember something that never happened, or remember being somewhere I had never been. All of this happens when I'm awake, and not during mediation or anything.

Obviously its possible that I'm just remember a dream that I didn't remember before... but it really feels like more than that - the memories are very vivid and nostalgic.

So, discuss your feelings towards past lives in general, and please share your regression experience if you've had one!

Yeah this happens to me sometimes too.
Sometimes I'll be outside and the air (the smell of the air) will remind me something that didn't happened. It's like a deja vu. Sometimes I get images too. I remember maybe 1month ago, I was outside and I got this deja vu...some images came into my head...an old woman. She was crying. I hear someone scriming too. And for some reason it reminded me the World war 2. Anyway, i don't know what exactly it was...but it scared me. lol

Hi. I have had a craving for smoking (I can't spell ciggerrettes). I have never smoked. My parents never smoked. My husband and kids don't smoke. But my mouth waters when I smell the smoke. I don't know if there is past lives but if there are, I probably smoked. LOL.

I often dream that I am someone else, sometimes I am not even a woman. I have a whole different life. Once I had a dream that I was in a trailer park, sitting, smoking (see what I mean about smoking). I had 3 kids, all very small while in real life my kids are older and I only have 2. I went inside. My youngest baby was in one of those swings that you wind. My other kids were just standing around. There is a bang at the door. I rush to the door but am terrified to open it. I fear for the baby, for some reason. And then the dream ended.

I Always alot of times have memories of being on a horse In a desert and random desert memories that have never actually happened. Also the name Atras, is not my real name. It was a name that always popped into my head and was in my dreams and I somehow remember being called that in person even though no one ever has. So I'm thinking that it could be my past life name

Ever had any blood transfusions? Sometimes cravings for certain things may carry on from those.

No, almost had one. I get anemia pretty bad but so far I was able to miss those.

That sounds like a really nice dream. Have you ever looked up the name on google to see if it has a meaning or origin of somewhere?

That's a good point but it's proven that it takes about 48h to completely get rid of nicotine in your blood. The rest is psychological addiction... (I know what I'm talking about, I use to a smoker :P)

Yes I used to have these as a kid. It was strange having dreams about a places I was not sure even where they were. Still I could remember being other people and it helped me a little as a kid. There was some bleed-over from their lives in some advanced-beyond-my-years traits and even knowledge that scared people about foreign places. Also the abilities to easily speak difficult foreign phrases, or like the time on my first try at origami I made the most advanced one a unicorn and even added a horn to it not in the directions, freaked people out.

Either or, I guess, but not really talking about instincts but more like possible memories getting embedded in our DNA and being passed down somehow, could explain some things in this field.

I have that kind of experience, and am trying to make better sense of it. Sometimes 'past life' or the 'parallel universe' ideas seem to fit the experience, but not always. Sometimes it seems like there's a more abstract reality which can take a lot of different specific forms that are almost equivalent. Our experiences are connected to related experiences in other times and places. But I'm not sure that those other places actually exist somewhere else, or if they're real more in the sense that they're consistent with and reflect the deeper reality which we feel through them.

I've also had a few experiences where these 'other' realities branch or join with my own physical reality, causing what would be considered miraculous events. For example, an object I was holding suddenly jumped from my hand and appeared somewhere else, as if it had always been there. I also have a minor item that appears to be 'from' a history that might have been real but wasn't. I haven't pursued these kinds of experiences to get more examples and more evidence, because too much of that sort of thing would be destructive. So I just accept that there's something there that's real that I don't understand yet.

Hahahaha. But on a serious note, when I was younger I loved the name Jason, I would tell people that it was my name in pre-k. I am considered an indigo child so could play into it. But I think Deja vu's are sights you see in dreams and are then seen in waking life. Your dreams do tend to foretell alot.

wow, I have problems enough with current life progression. Lucky you.

when i was younger i had this vision come to my mind, I was a kid and was with my mum, i must of been a Jew germans stripped us and put us in a shower room of some sort and gassed us, also lots of other people were in the room.
and last night i tried a regression meditation and i was a brittish man in world war one i could feel explosions all around me.

I strongly beleive in past lifes even before i heard of it i questioned it to my dad when i was a kid, if you can be born from nothingness to die to nothingness you can be born to life again :)

All my past life regressions has been in dreams. That's how i know. But it doesn't consider of deja vu, it considers as "you know it's you but in another life and doing something else."
There has to be also connections to why you are having these regressions, maybe because you know someone today that is connected to your past and regression starts on a subconscious level that's why you need hypnosis. But in dreams it is much easier to regress once you keep a journal on it and put the puzzles together then you will have the answer together.
I just found out my recent past life regression is connected to Bonnie and Clyde, the reason why i am having many dreams with a guy i know in real yet he is far from me, but the connection is still there for over 16 years lost of contact. I had one dream that i was helping this guy having a look out for police and we were about to steal a bank or some what.
I just figured it out all this after investigating all of my dreams in the past 4 months.

we are all connected. so everybody that has lived in the past, and right now, is a part of you. then it's possible to have other peoples' memories. and not just people. you could have a memory of something that happened as another animal or bug ( just about anything). some people that are more "in tune" than others will have these feelings and memories more. And anybody can. It will happen way less in people that don't know this sort of thing can happen.

saying that i did have a dream i was a frog on a country road i walk to on the way to work, i was the frog i saw car beam lights then got ran over i then walked to work the next day and there was a frog squished bascally in the same place of my dream strange eh xD

Another insight on how i know is also i discovered and remembered when i was 17 or 18, around my late teen years, is i got scared whenever a police car will drive by thinking it will come to me and stop me when i am walking and become mean cops to me. But i live in a city that police is regular to roam.
I am 29 now and that feeling went away, but surely i was a goody two shoes as a teen and never got in trouble with the law, so why was i scared? The question goes back to my dreams and my dream just recent, told me that i was against the law and had to hide away from authorities and advise my partner that a officer is near by.
More to that is i love high action gun movies, and bad boys a lot and i find them interesting and attractive. I never used a gun but have intentions of learning to use one. All of this has meaning to my past life and dreams which just recently i discovered. I know i am trying my best to be a good person, but deep inside i know i have a darker and more of a dangerous side that no one should see. I keep it balanced and try not to lose my head, i know i am and was one crazy person.
