Ok. I become lucid very often in my dreams and I have a trick for this that I think is worth sharing with the DV community. I do not know if this should be posted somewhere else, but I believe the attaining lucidity section is good. Majority of my LDs are DILDs. Anyway, I almost always become lucid when I stop to relax. Basically, I do not get caught up in whats happening in the dream, instead I pay attention to whats happening around me. When the dreamer gets very caught up in whats happening in front of them, it is almost impossible to tell that half of the stuff happening does not make sense. I also try to at times when things seem strange, try to close my eyes and change what is going on around me. More than half of the time in a dream, if you take the time to try to change the senselessness, you will succeed. This is what works for me every day or so and I hope it works for you guys. |
