I have been experimenting with b complex and tryptophan. When I took B6 or w/e an hour before sleep I noticed I went into deeper sleep, my dream recall collapsed, I could only remember fragments of dreams(did I lose REM sleep because of too much melatonin). But yesterday I took it a FEW hours before sleep, like maybe 3-4 hours. I had a lucid dream, the thing that happened is I was in a scary dream, I was scared. Than I realized wait why am I scared monsters aren't really, I am dreaming. I beat the shit out of the monster, but I lost lucidity while doing so. In another which was also monster related, and mixed with something else. I just regained lucidity in that dream, maybe it was the same dream? I tried some techniques, I looked at my hands noticed they were blurry, I focused until they became super clear, my whole body was as real as life. I connected my self to the dream and the side of the dream became really clear. When I looked away from my hands everything became blurry, so progress was made. I tried again and it was impossible to even make my hands clear. So I just randomly thought let me try dream spinning to stabilize, as I did it I remembered dream spinning can cause teleportation. So I spinned and teleported to the monsters lair, place, thing, w/e. I than got scared and spinned the otherway and as I was spinning the surroundings of the beach I was in just "spinned" in.
Also how can I extend a lucid dream without a DEILD, is it a even possible to extend a REM session.
