I read up on these methods a couple of nights ago but just cant seem to get them to work. I set 3 different alarms using the same sound, to wake me up after I go to sleep; one after 5 hours, one after 6 hours and one after 7 hours. They are all loud however I only ever find myself waking up to the third alarm at which i instantly jolt awake and ruin my chances at DEILD. Has anyone got any tips to overcome this problem?
