Try setting up a more consistent sleep schedule. I just set up a schedule for myself where I read a lucid dreaming book for half and hour, sleep for four and a half hours, wake up to write my dreams out in as much detail as possible in my dream journal, go back to sleep for three-four hours and then write down my dreams again. Just refocusing on your dream journal and dream recall will help a lot. Try taking "lucid naps" using the WILD technique midday as well. It's the most reliable. |
