dream journal. easy. within 3 nights you'll see your dream recall go WAY up. at least i did. here's what happened for me:
night #1: i barely filled up two lines of notebook paper. crappy.
night #2: filled up about 10 lines.
night #3: filled up a page and a half of extremely vivid details.
just make sure you keep the journal by your bad (use a flashlight if you need light) and don't get up... just wake up, write...... and you'll see your recall go through the roof in no time. good luck!
Edit: i guess it goes without saying, but you also need to get enough sleep. everyone is different, but roughly 7-8 hours... ish. WBTB is also a good idea but start with the dream journal, don't overwhelm yourself all at once.
