      Timing For WBTB

So the first time i tried a WBTB i stayed up for 45 min. on this site but when i tried to go back to bed i couldnt fall asleep until another hour later and that sucked because i had school 2 hours later. Since then i only stay awake long enough for me to go to the bathroom and go back to bed. im thinking of trying to stay up longer again because im trying to combine this with a WILD but have had no luck so far. what should i do to not become fully awake while i stay up longer, and how long should i stay up.

You need to experiment to find how long to stay up and when to get up. Usually, 5-6 hours in, and then around 15-30 min, but it varies a lot.
The burden of proof lies with the one making the claim
