I sleep with my fan on low every night because I find the ambient noise helps me fall asleep and covers the sounds of my family opening and closing doors, talking etc. I'm wondering if this could interfere with trying to lucid though. I'm starting to try the FILD/WILD technique after 3 or 4 hours of sleep every night. I'd appreciate feedback or experiences you may have had involving the use of ambient noise, thank you! |
