      A Tip

      I induced my first lucid dream since childhood by wearing a pointy necklace of the Maltese cross. Since I move in my sleep, I would get pricked near my neck and it would bring me closer to wakefulness, or wake me for a split second before plunging back into dreaming. It gave me that edge I needed to realise I was dreaming more easily.

      Probably not too safe to tell people on DV to wear sharp objects while sleeping, There are young_lings on DV and they may get the wrong idea and hurt themselves

      Haha, I agree.

      Although, it's cool that you had a lucid dream that way. Personally, I don't think I'm going to try it though....

      VERY good idea if it can be carried out safely (maybe put a rock on your bed that you'd roll onto lol).
