I just take a '1 a day' capsule with a whole range of vitamins and minerals. |

If so, What do you take? How much? Does it effect your ability to attain lucidity? |

UNBAN LEO!

I don't take anything. I don't have many lucid dreams at all. Two in 4 months or something. |
|
ive began to take those all in one pills to. I dont know what effect they have on me yet, from going from very little vitamins to a pill with all i need trough the day. But i think the body deserves to get all the buildingblocks it needs to fuction healty. And im now better at swolowing pills whole. |
|
The few times I used b6, I didn' t really have better recall or more vivid dreams. However, I usually did have better recall the NEXT night if I didn't take b6. |

I take B6 from time to time, I used to use it regurarly, but it didn't help me with my lucid dreams or recall so i stopped. Now i just take it for fun sometimes because i seem to get more interessting and actionfilled dreams with it. |

I take a One a day for men multi vitamin and on occasion a vitaman C |
|
I take multi-vitamin pills that contain small amounts of various micronutrients. I don't take those for dreaming purposes though, and I don't think they help dreaming in any way since they don't have lot of B-vitamin. |
|
Don't think about those damn kangaroos.
I've been trying to have a lucid dream for some time now and on a couple different occasions I've tried taking a B-Complex vitamin before going to sleep. Although I definitely notice a difference in my sleep and dreams, I would by no means say that it is the key to lucid dreaming. |
|
sometimes I'll take calcium things or something but I dont know if they affect my lucidity or not. |
|
:]
i take Centrum multivitamins once a day... i don't know if it changes anything with lucid dreaming, but i know i at least get some of the vitamins i wouldn't otherwise (i'm a vegetarian and i don't really have time to have a perfectly healthy diet, vegetarian pizza hardly does the trick.) |

and once having said yes to the instant, the affirmation is contagious
Take "sleep pills" sometimes, herbal, contains valarium, camomile, etc. |
|
I take melatonin before going to sleep at night, helps me sleep through the day without waking up a lot, I do think this helps me WILD the next day because its easier to fall back asleep after waking but i'm still able to keep my mind awake. Also take b-6 from time to time, it definately effects my dreams, more vivid and action packed, but on the other hand, all my dreams are usually crazy action filled, I love to kick ass |

"You will cease to exist!!"
*GASP* "But existing is all I practically do!!!"
I take orange juice, or vitamin c |
|
I take no tablets or pills a day for vitamins, I'll probably end up keeling over because my diet (ie: 5 packets of frazzles chips/crisps a day) isn't that healthy. |
