Hmm...it sounds like a cool new twist on an old method. Instead of RC'ing when certain physical factors alert you to (walking through a door, alarm going off, etc.), you check when you notice yourself thinking of a common Dream Sign or some other common thought. I like it. I do something sort of similar...I'll randomly remember to do my "I am dreaming" mantra throughout the day, then RC immediately. Sounds like your method would compliment mine perfectly.
