This seems like it would be hard for people with a busy life. i would proabaly only be able to try it like one day a week. |

My method is simple. Sleep little at night, say, 3-4 hours. Wake up at your regular time. (This will only work for people who can go back to sleep after 1-2 hours.) Upon waking, drink a large, stout coffee. Let it speed you up and go about your business for 1-2 hours. When the caffeine starts to drop you, prepare yourself for sleep and then do so. If you have a dreaming ritual, definitely use it before you sleep. There should be a certain fatigue noticed at this point, wherein going to sleep should prove quite simple and gratifying. It is this fatigue that should enable you to have an LD. |

definetely, not something that I could try often. My sleep is very precious to me, I enjoy the energy it gives me. However, it does sound like a good idea. Similar to WBTB. I, myself, don't need an hour to do wbtb. I just go pee and then get back in bed and say I'm going to ld. Usually I have one. I couldn't stay up that late anyways. |
