Currently I am working on improving my dream recall. I am a student in high school, so during the weekdays I have to wake up around 6:30 for school. During the weekend, I usually sleep in until 9:30 or 10:00. Most of the dreams I remember occur during the early morning hours of the weekend. I am having problems remembering dreams during the week. Should I start waking up at 6:30 on the weekends to establish a constant sleep pattern? I am thinking maybe if I do this I will start remembering dreams from earlier in the night. |
