Problem going to sleep without tv-shows or music

      Hello!

I've had about 4 DILDs before. Last night I attempted to wake up after 5 hours, read on the forum for 10 minutes and then go to sleep again to see if it would induce an LD. After that I couldn't go to sleep again though...

My problem is that i ALWAYS go to sleep while watching scrubs, entourage or something similar on my computer screen. When I don't have it on i end up thinking about stuff for hours and I can't fall asleep.

Obviously, this is a problem when attempting something else than DILDs. Does anyone recognize this? What did you do to be able to fall asleep without music/shows?

try a different sleeping position, if that doesn't work, maybe you take advantage of the situation by listening to lucid dream inducing music before bed (or even in bed).
If you think you can do it, you can't. Know you can do it.

Well, there's definitely a good one here. It's supposed to work really well when attempting WBTB.

If you just want regular music though, some symphonic metal may help. A lot of it is very fantasy/dream like.

The link given by Hazel is very good.

When listening it, I can get to SP in 10 min.

Be sure to use good headphones because in the bass sounds there are theta waves.
