well i guess ive noticed it but i just wanted to see if other people had the same thing going on
whenever something kinda scary and adrenaline pumping happens i get like 5x more aware
its a wierd awareness that comes and goes i just had a good example in a dream less than an hour ago
i was being chased inside a building and cops were trying to block me in to keep me in the door
as soon as i got outside i kinda knew i could fly but had a hard time i was kindof thinking that i could do whatever i wanted even so the dream was still in the context I could change things as if it were a big game and everyone had to follow along i said stuff like " No chasing me" "No hurting me" then when it felt like a real lucid dream when they start to fade and you wake up i was put back into the building and started trying to escape almost the same thing happened but i dont think i got as far as the first time but i still remember getting more and more lucid but not lucid enough to the normal point
as a child when i would dream and be in nightmares or tense dreams that i didnt like i would be able to shake around my dream body and this would cause me to wake up
well i think lucid dreaming is helping me progress because i notice i get more aware when im in bad situations hopefully after a while i can get so that negative feelings are a kind of dream signal and will wake me up
