My Dream Journal Blog... (What am I doing wrong?)

Please visit my lucid dream journal blog and tell me why I can't successfully become lucid? Actually I'm not even sure if I've ever been lucid. I have had SP (I think) example: The sun wakes me up at 6 on a weekend... I'm so tired... I go pee.... Back to bed and I lay down and several minutes later I feel light headed and very still I can shake this feeling off by opening my eyes and turning my head but it takes soooo much effort... So I give in... Everything starts to feel really heavy and it feels like I'm sinking very fast... (I like that feeling it's cool).... I see blackness... I can NOT move unless I TENSE MY MUSCLES AS HARD AS I POSSIBLY CAN and shake myself awake... But even after I wake up... I go back to sleep... And it happens again... When I was younger I thought I would never ever wake up again... That's why I woke myself up... And sometimes I still jump out of it cause I'm scared... So tell me... Was it SP?

yea, i think it was. ive only been practing since the 20th of november and have only had a lucid once. but i constantly go in SP like u. i go thru my steps and get into SP but get to excited over it and start to tense just like u and wake up. i mean there definetly was a difference from my 1 lucid and like my 7 SP's. and they sound alot like ur situations.
