i was wondering if anyone else has tried this with any positive results. I read "Lucid Dreaming" by Dr. LeBerge, and in this book he explained how he had his subjects record their own voice telling themselves that they are dreaming. I tried this but was unable to attain lucidity. If anyone else has tried this i would like very much to hear their experiences!
