      I need help...now....

Well I was on a roll ever since I found this site about a year ago....I was dreaming like crazy getting closer and closer to my lucid...and when I finally had one I just went superspeed. I had more lucids every day.... And than the site closed....that stopped me right in my tracks.... Ever since than school has started and I havent been able to keep my D.J up and I cant seem to lucid dream anymore...I need some help from anyone who has gone through this before..... And this is no short drought, this has been going on since september.... I am really pushing to get back on track, and I had my first solid dream not too long ago...I hope I can get back to lucid dreaming... Cause' I was just getting to the REALLY real dreams...
God, grant me the courage the change the things I can, the serenity to accept the things I can't, and the wisdom to know the difference...

yeah well, you've probably heard this before but you need discipline and determination to lucid dream. You appear determined, but are you disciplined? as in being disciplined, do you keep a dream journal? are you practicing induction techniques? or you preforming reality checks? you need not only determination but discipline to become lucid, except those goddamn naturals...

      an idea

Do you have any studyhalls? or free classes?

When you wake up, write down some key words that could help you remember the dreams. Try to think about it a couple times durring the day. When you get some free time, extend upon the key words you wrote down earlier. This process of continuous memorization of dreams will increase your ability to remember your dreams. All you have to do is start by writing down a few words to jog your memory as you wake up

When i'm in a drought, i try to remember to get efficient amounts of sleep, wake up gradually (take about 5 to 10 minutes) and i just think about what i was thinking before i woke up. I consintrate on the first thing that comes to mind and the dream recall builds from there!
