      I seem to start to feel numb and last night I got some weird tingling sensation in my leg that went from my foot upwards. I am pretty sure the heartbeat thing is normal. As far as the fluttering goes... I have this problem where I start to open my eyes. I managed to combat it by focusing on breathing, as somebody suggested.

      Wel m heart feels like it pounding and i think my heart rate might even increase?
      any advice?

      Again, I am pretty sure it should be expected. If you don't like the sensation focus on relaxing rather than SP (as someone suggested to me).
