R/C and Dream Diary at side of bed. This was all i needed before. I had some good LD's.

It's all stopped since i changed sleep pattern. Also i changed my room around, and now moved house since. Dont know if these have affected me.

When i get home from work i have an hour or two nap, don't get Lucid though!

Oh. Well I think it'll all come back eventually. An hour or two for naps?? That's a pretty good time for lucids! Might wanna try some variation of WILD.
      Lucid dreams, gotta love em.

From my own REM timings I get REM as early as an hour apart but those dreams are very low in vividness and recall. A typical good dream for me on good nights would be 2 and a half to 3 and a half hours after I get into bed.

Okay so 2½ - 3½ hours after you've got into bed, or do you add some time to allow you to fall to sleep first?
It was just a dream Hermione! Can you control what you dream about?
