You could use MILD and use a mantra while your falling asleep such as, "I will wake up after each dream." Another possibility would be to drink lots of water and you might have to go use the bathroom in the middle of the night, but I haven't tried that before so I don't know how well that works. Well, good luck |

Lucid dreaming makes for a wonderful night's play.
thank you |

Also, I've read on this site and in other places that we actually naturally tend to wake after each REM cycle -- but usually it's so quick that we don't remember it. So, in a way, you're already waking, you just need to notice and wake up a bit more! |

Just tell yourself exactly when you want to wake up, and expect it to happen. Really drill it into your mind when you are falling asleep. We are naturally very good at waking up at a specific time. Of course, getting out of bed is another story. |

haha lol thnx so so much |

you could also try this: attach your cell phone set on vibrate to your hand (with a wristband or something so you don't have to move to turn it off and spoil the DEILD), and set it to go off 15 minutes before you want to wake up. when that wakes you, use autosuggestion etc. and then it'll be much easier to remember to stay still when the main alarm goes off and to use this method. |

that sounds extremely promising |
