SP with eyes open?

Last night i was laying there watching TV and i didn't realize at first but my arm was completely numb! And no it wasn't asleep cuz i tried to move it and i could, but i didn't "feel" like i could if i thought about it. Its so weird.. i can do that with all my limbs now when i'm awake, just rreally tired..what the hell is this?

Seriously, though, it's highly doubtful you'd go into sleep paralysis while watching television. Perceived limb paralysis=/=sleep paralysis. SP is associated with hallucinations, and occurs after deep sleep.
