New and Improved technique for inducting WILD easily!...

      Introduction:

Before i begin.. i must state that i did not steal this technique.. i am Dream Boat.. this is my new account!.. a while back i came up with a knew technique for Inducing WILD... it was quite sucsessful, but im not really shaw if evryone grasped it as good as they could of done if i had taken the time to write out a proper Tutorial on it... aneyhow, iv'e decided to along with it. In This tutorial, im basicly going to show you how to induce HI by blacking out.. before your body goes to sleep. training yourself to stare at a certain point untill your eyes have completely blacked out!... iv'e had alot of sucsess with this technique in the past and hope you do to.. Here we go

      The technique:

Step1. lie in bed, No bright light's. Preferably in total darkness.. it may take a while but once you Adjust to the light. You need to keep your eyes focused on one certain place.. The most important thing is that you do NOT move them!... other wise you have to start again, this may be tricky at first but you get the hang of it.. Try to take the focus off your eyes but still being aware of where your looking... Now, one of your eyes might begin to black out. Folowed bye the other one, if you move your eyes or blink then the process will start over.

Step2.Now, Your are completely blacked out. you may start to see HI.. Try not to focus on the imagry.. just let it pass, if you try to look at it, your eye's and focus might alter and your vision might go back to normal...

Step3. you may start to feel some changes in your body.. the imagry may get faster and more colourful, just relax and go along with it.

Step4.Now when you feel relaxed, and you can no longer feel your body. Slowley close your eyes. The imagry should NOT disapear, if it does then you have closed your eye's to soon. If this happens. Do not move your body just open your eyes and start over. it will be alot faster for the second time.

Step5.Now that your eye's are completely closed you may focus on the imagry. Not to much, just aknowlidge that it's there and take some time to relax and listen to the sound's that accure whilst your body enters sleep paralysis.

Step6. Now, your almost there. Stay relaxed and consontrait. On the sound's. Visualisations. And feelings.. as the imagry gets More solid. Consontrait on one image. Now, spin it. really really fast, untill it get's more solid and vivid... contunue to do this untill the whole image is vivid and you are certain you are dreaming..

Step7. Your done, step into your dream. And enjoy.

Note:this is best done after a WBTB. How ever it can easily be done before going to sleep. But i suggest being Quite tired. At the time. The whole process take's up to about 10 - 20 minutes if done before going to sleep. If done After a WBTB it can be done within 5 - 10 minutes... Depending on the person. it take's a while to master but once you've got the hang of it, It's incredibly simple and good for gettin easy high quality lucid dream's... Im not shaw if this work's for evryone. So please, please, please.. let me no how thing's go!... thank's!...

If you have aney question's what so ever. Please dont hesitate to ask. Thank's again. -Sasuke-Uchiha-...

this is sorta like DB's blacking out method. But I'll give it a try. The only 2 problems I can see is not moving your eyes and the HI. Not everyone gets HI. Even though I tried DB's method and failed, several times- I never got any HI.

Edit: my bad Dreamboat LOL I wondered where I seen your quot under your name lol. Its still a little hard. Maybe you should post one of your sucessful exp~ what u exp, did and saw

So that's why HI always fades away! That's the best peice of information I've read all day. Thanks Sasuke, remind me to kill Naruto next time he has a go at you or does that shadow clone thing he's obsessed with.

This is very interesting. I really need help with not blinking. Will it be easier to not blink in total darkness or after a few hours of sleep or do I just keep practicing?

I don't like propaganda techniques that exaggerates the title of a given technique(Like that "My technique keeps working" I've seen around here), although blacking out is original, you can't really say "improved" unless it is improved.

Btw, found that reply in the Just Pray topic in case you've forgotten(remembered seeing that when I saw the glittery of your topic name). I did say 95% in one of my old topics, I'll admit, but I used actual statistics.
      I stomp on your ideas.

I posted this for all your sake's and benofit. okay? That "just pray" technique worked amazing well for me, IM a natural DILD'er.. i was just experimenting with WILD's at the time i found out about this.. And later on in the year i decided to re-write this techinique for some other people to test it out.. problem?

Wow, you don't have to be so literal. Just cause he has it in there doesn't mean you have to disect the whole thread.

      Hi,

So I tried this technique last night, and after a couple of attempts I managed to start keeping my eyes blacked out for quite long periods of time. Like I mentioned before, I used to do this a while back, but last night I actually started seeing imagery while my eyes were blacked out (but still open). I've never had that happen before. At some points it was really quite vivid too, and if I had been able to maintain it longer I may well have been able to WILD from that point. Unfortunately, not too long after closing my eyes I started to lose concentration, but I was particularly tired, maybe a bit too tired.

I'll keep trying though. I didn't get lucid, but the Dreams I had were interesting enough...

I really dont understand how you can not blink for 5 mins....do you keep your eyes barely open?? Or how long does it take for your eyes to black out?

I think it varies from person to person. If I lay down on my front, get comfortable and relax, then relax my gaze, it usually takes under a minute for my sight to black out. I find there are things that make it more difficult for me, like if I try doing it while laying on my back, or if I'm looking in an upwards direction (because my eyes end up open more widely). If there is a draft, this also makes it more difficult. All these things tend to cause my eyes to dry out more quickly and get too uncomfortable to proceed.

I tend to lay on my front or side, looking straight ahead or in a downwards direction, or if I'm really having trouble, I'll cover my head completely with the covers so the air is more humid, if you get my meaning. Also, be sure to try it in a nice dark room, I find this speeds up the time it takes for black out to occur. I hope this helps.

I assure you, it can be done

As soon as I start to do this technique, my eyes start watering heavily. Anything I can do about it?

      Question

I'm really interested in this technique becuase I usually see a lot of HI. However, last night, when I attempted it I had a few problems. The biggest issue I faced was finding something to let my eyes foccus on. My room was pretty close to pitch black, so it seemed like I didn't have anything to look at that wasn't already black. I tried just staring in just one direction, but I couldn't tell if my eyes were moving becuase I didn't have something specific to look at. I know this thread is a little old, but if anyone has some suggestions or guidance to offer, that would be great!

      I think I'll try this.

I like keeping my eyes open.

I usually don't fall asleep easily anyway.

Sasuke, how do you "spin" images?
