      Essence of WILD

      helloooo
I was reading a lot of posts about Wild, and dream yoga.
      I understood something.
Every people I known, who did Dream Yoga, claimed to be very successful with WILD too. why?
Because they know how to concentrate.
in Dream Yoga you learn how to concentrate properly, how to be in the present moment, and not be disturbed by thoughts...
and if you do all of this in WILD, you will be totally successful.
today, at morning, I tried to WILD, I focused on my breathing like I do on Dream Yoga(it's a noisy breathing, I do it so I can hear it), and I waited there, for, like 20 minutes, or less, I'm not sure.
nothing happened, but I think that was because I was doing it in a forced way.
I also tried to not be absorbed by thoughts.
at one moment, I give up, and fall asleep normally.
I don't know when, but I was in a dream, in where I could still feel my real body, in where I known, very, very deeply, that I was experiencing something that it wasn't very real, and this happened during all the dream.
It was really deeply, so I didn't become lucid.

and that made me understand :

-is impossible to fail a WILD
-you must know how to concentrate properly
-you must not force yourself(breathing, for me, very noisy)

why I say that is impossible to fail a WILD? I mean, if you give up, you will found that you will fall asleep and you will start to dream, yes! what you always wanted! but remember, you gave up!
if you know, how to concentrate and how to do it in a natural manner , not forced, then WILD is extremely easy.
I know, understand the essence of WILD, also I found my method, to make ALWAYS successful WILDS.
      My method is like this:
-lie in bed in the same way as I going to sleep normally, don't be absorbed by thoughts, to do this I will focus on my breathing, I will not force it, my method of concentrating would be like this: every time I breath in, I hear it carefully, and before I breath out, I reproduce the sound of the breath in I just did in my mind, and I breath out, when I finish breathing out, I do the same as I did before, reproduce it in my mind, like an eco.

      like this

Breath in(0.80 seconds)-eco(0.20 seconds)(it won't last too much, it will be more small than the real breath)-breath out(1 second)-eco(0.43 seconds)(this won't last too much too)

so know, for me, there will no fail, the only way to fail is to give up.

      bye!

I think it's dangerous you would post theories about attaining lucidity at this stage in your development- please wait till you are an experienced WILDer yourself
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus

      maybe yes, maybe no.
yes because it's good to see what people think, and what people can understand for themselves, and discover.
      no, because it's very early
