let's make WILD MP3 sound file.

Ok I had an idea. The hardest problem WILDing is to keep yourself awake while your body go to sleep. Why don't we just make an audio file that makes us fall as sleep and occasionally makes random noise to wake us up, with this we could probably entering a lucid dream. Any thought. Because today when I wake up in the morning my dad was making some food outside that he constantly made noise, so I put on my headphone and listen to a LD brainwave file I created with BWGEN, but ocassionally I can still hear my dad's cooking noise and that morning I had the best Lucid Dream I ever had. I am not sure this is why I had the lucid dream or not but it's worth a try.

Nah man construction workers make tons of noises. What I mean is that use sleeping audio aids to make you feel sleepy and ocassionally play a single noise that wake you up. The problem with this is that if you have an LD it could as well end your lucid dream.

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe you should try to make one.

Or why not just listen to something that will keep you awake and listen to it when you wake up before your REM cycle.
      I don't have a signature

      Or do I?

Actually I like his signature better. I was staring at that pictures for minutes because it is dreamy somehow that I could imagine a fantasy world inside that picture.

Actually, the one Phil linked to (the latest version) has a small *DING* that starts a few minutes in then continuously does it during the whole audio.

I listen to it everynight with headphones while I sorta hypnotise myself to sleep. Sometimes that chime makes me jump just as I'm falling asleep.

I made a topic exactly like this some months ago. But since people don't stick to 1 topic, but instead make a million new topics a day it quickly disappeared. And this is likely to happen to your topic too.

This forum has become too big I fear.

Hardly, I dare say that a great many people register and try for a few weeks than give up. Out of every 10 people that registers, maybe 2 or 3 will stay and become regulars.
