maybe someone could just make some environment mp3, like construction workers working outside or something, cuz i know when my mom vacuums sometimes in the morning I can never go back to sleep haha, so maybe its a good idea |

Ok I had an idea. The hardest problem WILDing is to keep yourself awake while your body go to sleep. Why don't we just make an audio file that makes us fall as sleep and occasionally makes random noise to wake us up, with this we could probably entering a lucid dream. Any thought. Because today when I wake up in the morning my dad was making some food outside that he constantly made noise, so I put on my headphone and listen to a LD brainwave file I created with BWGEN, but ocassionally I can still hear my dad's cooking noise and that morning I had the best Lucid Dream I ever had. I am not sure this is why I had the lucid dream or not but it's worth a try. |

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe you should try to make one. |

You should use brainwave entertainment. It would not be all that hard to but together a sound track that helps your body fall asleep and keeps your mind awake. I could compile something like this, I could also chuck in a few affirmations to help you with your lucid dreaming skill, but like anything in this section you will need to learn to lucid dream without it and may find it harder with out, its like a handycap... |

I added five minutes of silence to the ultimate lucid dream induction from the audio aid repository thread. This way, if you wake up in the middle of the night, you can set this to play on your mp3 player and fall back asleep, hopefully getting you a lucid dream. I have no other way to have this play after a set amount of time, and I'm sure there are others who could use this. |

Actually, the one Phil linked to (the latest version) has a small *DING* that starts a few minutes in then continuously does it during the whole audio. |

I made a topic exactly like this some months ago. But since people don't stick to 1 topic, but instead make a million new topics a day it quickly disappeared. And this is likely to happen to your topic too. |
