Thread: Why can't I WILD or DILD anymore? It used to be so easy...

Ok, I've been attempting lucid dreaming off and on for a while now. I'm not sure when, just check my membership thingy.

But I've noticed that when I first started I could DILD almost at will. Like four or five nights a week I would at least have some sort of lucid dream. Then after a few weeks I started having trouble so I took a break.

A few months later it I decided to start up again and what do you know? Success after success. All I did was go to bed and know that I would soon "wake up" inside of a dream. Then I discovered WILD'ing. I got to sleep paralysis and felt vibrations on my first few attempts.

But now I'm back to nothing. WILD'ing only leads to unconscious sleep and the dreams I do have are just dreams.

Why am I having trouble all of the sudden? Please help me.

it could be from inconsistency...or maybe you're just going through dry spells. just keep at and I'm sure you'll get another.

Relax man, its normal. Its just a dryspell, happens to everyone. Who knows why. I'm having one myself. It sucks but it should end soon and you'll be back in action.
