Hi everyone,
Well last night I decided I would try the WBTB technique paired with MILD. Before I fell asleep, I kept telling myself I would do reality checks and that I would have a lucid dream and all that fun stuff, but then I couldn't fall asleep. I stayed awake for at least an hour. I am wondering if there are ways that you can remind yourself to do reality checks and lucid dream and have an easier time falling asleep.
